BB Curve :: Battery Had Drained To Find On The Screen A Drained Battery Icon With A Red Cross/line Through It?
Feb 9, 2011I've had my BB Curve for about a year and a half now. Last night, I went to charge my BB after the battery had drained to find on the screen a drained battery icon with a red cross/line through it. I had reloaded the set up on my phone and it still does not work and it seems that the white loading bar under the icon still loads after it has appeared and stops at around 75%.Will a new battery fix this?As I have said, I have reloaded and wiped everything on my phone and I have also tried the 'take out the battery while it's charged, put it back in method', nothing happened.

May 27, 2012My Blackberry curve 9360 got water damage a little while ago, and I had to get a brandnew battery and ever since I have put the battery in the only thing that comes up is an empty battery with an red X thru it. I have charged it for more than 8 hours and nothing has changed.

May 4, 2011Don't know if it's a coincidence or not but ever since I downloaded LiveProfile my battery cuts out a lot. The battery doesn't even let me get to the orange or the red and the screen just goes bright white and all the keys light up. I cannot get rid of the white screen unless I remove the battery however when I put the battery back in the screen just goes white again unless I put it on charge.
Now my battery only lasts me about 45 minutes! What I don't understand is why it doens't even go to orange or red and why the screen goes white?
I took it to a shop and the man in there seems to think that I must have something running in the background wearing the battery down but I've deleted all my apps except Google Maps and facebook and it's still happening

Sep 26, 2010so i charged it the red LED start to show and white screen with battery icon in the middle it looks like empty battery, and stuck on it and sometimes it keeps spinning over and over again until it bcome black screen then it starts the same begining I tried the hard boot by taking the battery out for sometime and reinstalled it but it didn't work. I even try putting a different battery (friends battery) but still no joy.. and the main catch is if i try taking out the battery and plug the charger or connects it to the laptop it does the same thing without even any battery in it.So is it really a Battery problem or the OS problem.?? (If its a OS problem, can u install it myself at home.?

Jul 20, 2010I have a new(well, was display model) 8310 & just got a 2gig data card for my new phone & loaded some songs & pictures onto it(nowhere near half filling the card). When I went to unplug it, it was frozen on the home screen!Tried a battery pull, to no avail. It booted up & was frozen again.
Came back to it bout 40 mins later & it had "Do you want to turn on Mass Storage Mode? You might not be able to access some media files in this mode." The trackball worked & I chose "No".Phone appeared to work, chose a ringtone I'd just loaded, no worries. Then went into my pictures... It only showed a few of my photos in thumbnails and froze again! When after another age, it decided to work again, all my pictures (about 30 but reduced to under 200kb before loading) were visible in thumbnails, but most of them were not in proper colour - only in red & green!
Next thing I tried was plugging it back into the computer, deleting & reloading the pics. I also chose 'convert for optimum playback' this time and when loaded & the phone asked about 'Mass Storage Mode' I chose 'yes'.So now it keeps freezing still, for shorter times without apparent reason, as if I've overloaded it(??) and most pics have appeared correctly, but some are still in green/red only.

Jul 1, 2012I have a blackberry 9300 curve. I checked my phone for the time 2 hours ago and realized that it was off. I tried turning it on by the button but that didn't work. Nor did taking the battery out and putting it back in again. I then tried to plug it int the mains and a red light flashed on it for 15 or so seconds and a empty battery sign with a red cross came on screen. I have left it to charge but I still cant turn it on. What can I do?

Jan 5, 2012My phone is suffering from the infamous white screen of death about once a day now. The only response I can then get from it is if I do a battery pull. When I return the battery the phone starts to reboot but never finishes and just turns off and is unresponsive to any buttons. The only way I have found to remedy this is by charging the phone. It then turns on as normal. I will make a point of noting that my phone is never out of battery when this happens. When I go to charge it, it starts off at whatever percentage of full it was previously on.

I was on it one day on bbm and it died so when I got home I charged it up then went to turn it on but after 2 seconds of the rebooting screen a battery with a red cross appeared giving me the indication my battery was low I let the rebooting process continue but at about three quarters of the way through it froze, so I pulled the battery out after leaving it too freeze for over an hour and carried on doing that. It didn't work a few weeks later I tried it again it worked but then today it ran out of charge and when I tried to turn it on it does the same thing even know I have 100% charge as my other blackberry (which can only use facebook for some reason) said I had 100% in the status option screen.

BB Curve :: When Got A White Sceen Have Tried Pulling The Battery But It Just Goes Straight Back To The White Screen?
May 30, 20123 days ago i was using my phone like normal when i got a white sceen, ive tried pulling the battery but it just goes straight back to the white screen.
