May 4, 2012I plugged my phone into the computer (Dell, Windows 7) and the window that popped up asked if I wanted updates. I clicked install. Then another window said it was unable to install as I needed the latest update of itunes. I thought I had that on my phone! Now my phone screen is totally frozen and won't do anything when I click the button at the bottom of the screen.

May 14, 2012iphone 4 won't turn on. I press top button and still nothing. I plug it in and there is a pic of plug and itunes logo. I hook it to my computer and itunes comes up and says it has detected a iphone in recovery mode. It asked if I want to restore so I hit restore button and it starts extracting. When done extracting, a messages comes up and says this iphone can not be restored error 1656. What can I do now? I bought this phone new in October. It has not been damaged in anyway. It started one morning after charging all night.

Feb 20, 2010I have k750i for a long time and it was working very well . I was not making pictures for a while , and now when i try to make a picture :
1.open camera ( on back ) ==> am in camera mode
2.i press button for making pictures
3. i see grin spot in upper left corner
4. spot blinks few times ( i hold picture button )
5. i hear a sound, but then picture is not "frozen" on the screen? when i look in folder with pictures there is no picture What could be a problem ? Am i doing something wrong ? Could it be a problem to button that's makes pictures ? Is there any other button that i can use if this one is not working proper any more?

Jan 17, 2010I just connected my iPhone 3G to my computer with the USB cable (Yes I do have 2.0 USB), and I updated it. After that, my iPhone rebooted. Till now, everything seems quite normal.
But now, as it restarted, it shows a picture of the iTunes logo, and a USB cable poiting at it. So I figured out I needed to connect to iTunes. But if I do so, nothing happens.
I manually restarted my iPhone, I restarted my computer, I reïnstalled iTunes, and nothing seems to work out as I want.As I amtyping this, my iPhone just went off by itself, so I think I need to restart it, because it was on for quite a long time with the iTunes logo on screen.

Jun 27, 2012I can plug it in but it doesn't seem to recognize the plug...I've tried a couple of them now...no charging, no data transfer. I think the receptacle must be broken in the iPhone itself. It worked a couple of times after I started having the problem but doesn't seem to work at all now...my phone is slowly losing its charge so I need to do something today - because I can't be without a working phone.
