I recently installed an update to my curve. Since then it keeps loading then a white screen appears saying 'error press any key to return to pre configuration''then it switching itself off then repeats process again.

So if I install one of the leaked or official (if there is one) versions, will everything still work smoothly? And where can I find the most recent 8520 OS 5 file? When i plugged my blackberry into my PC it wanted to update the bundle/version of something on curve, everything was working fine until i updated this... (the bundle 6.0.2534 thing...) Now when I try to set up my e-mail it shows my 3 accounts i had linked with my blackberry a hotmail, a orange.blackberry, and a gmail) but when i type the password and click "verify" it shows "unable to continue session please log in again"I read online that it could be the version of email software I was running, so - i found the most current and i updated that, still; same problem. I've battery pulled, i've security wiped, i've done everything I can think of.
Initializing new phones for the kids, and downloaded the latest App World update (3.1.0.58) through an old 2.1 App World update process. App World icon is MIA, although the application is clearly installed when I check Applications (it's on the list, with all the modules showing). I have reinstalled the OS, deleted Application Manager and App World and reinstalled them, done several battery pulls - all to no avail. I have checked for hidden icons, checked all folders, but I cannot find the icon, nor can I start App World. No application updates are showing on the status bar, even though I know several need updates.Running OS 6.0 Bundle 2391 (v6.0.0.534, Platform 6.6.0.200) on a Curve 9300, registered with Koodo and connected to my wifi network.

When I updated my Blackberry to the new OS6, I went to my email setup and it said "looking for updates" It finds a new update from my already installed email setup app 6.0.0 to the new 6.11.0419.0755.
When I click "download" it says replace existing version? I click "yes"
The it says: "com.rim.bis.client" contains a different version of module "net_rim_bis_client" which is also used by email setup application. If you proceed, "email setup application" may cease to function properly. proceed?
If I click "yes proceed" it crashes my blackberry and it will not reboot and I have to do a complete hard reboot, wipe the device and reload everything from my backup on blackberry desktop.
If I click "no" not to proceed, I cannot open the email setup application.
I have tried downgrading to version 5 of the OS, I have rebooted with a battery pull, crashed my blackberry twice and spent hours reloading all my applications and systems. I am at the end of my rope, and I don't know what else to do?!
If there was a way to turn off the automatic search for updates on my device under the setup and email settings, i think I would be able to set it up in the older version 6.0.0

I have a LG G4 that is only a few months old. A few days ago i installed the update and now my camera isnt working. Sometimes it opens and only let me use the front facing camera not the back or just wont open at all, the message that appears says cannot connect to camera.

I have purchased iMovie for my iPhone 4 about 1 year ago. It has been working fine, up until now since I updated to ios 5.1; where it will not transfer back to my phone after the update/restire. I will take that 29.95$, burn it, **** on it, and feed it to a cat before EVER surrendering it to Apple. What kind of company would not take responsibility for its own breakdowns.
I have owned two generations of iPods, I have an iPhone 4, and heck I was even considering getting a MacBook; but with HORRIBLE service like this, FORGET IT - ABSOLUTELY NOT. Before I installed the update, I did a back up of my phone contents. Now, after the update I can't restore the backup because the phone keeps restarting. My Ovi Suite is the latest version (v2.1.1.1). Is this a known issue and when will Nokia be releasing a patch for this update to fix the issue?

Followed the instalation to the letter, backed up my files using the new backup n restore etc, updated it n then began the restore, now this is the frustration part. i did everything SE said to do even did 2 backups but when i try to restore it takes ages n then says could not complete. not only have i lost all contacts but more frustrating i have lost all my apps, both paid and free. my google account seems to be wrong although i cant realy remember it, tryed to get the user name/password sent to my hotmail but seems to of created a new account n i dont have these "links to re-downloads" ur android apps.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just received notification of the iOS 5.1.1 update while on the phone. Navigating through the message I clicked to enable the update, while still on the phone. Shortly afterwards the phone turned off and was unavailable for a couple minutes while processing the update. The iOS update tool should check and notify the user that the phone conversation will be terminated...and ideally give the user the ability to cancel out of the update action.
