i have a problem when opening web on my blackberry or apps it state " a problem accured while trying to render page" iv tried battery pull outs , settings still gives me thim problem?
View 1 RepliesI sent my BB curve 8520 for faulty reasons so I rcvd another serviced n refurbished one but since then I can't access my group pages via the facebook app notification!Anytime I open d notification n click the view group button I get a pop up which says "http 404 errorage not found"!But when I go to my mobile site I easily access those pages!Even my whatsApp app is not working properly and I can't see my application centre icon anywhere on my homescreen.When I go to the option icon n click on application "add-on" I see the application centre icon there which says it has been downloaded along with its size n so on!I clicked the show all option on my menu but still I can't see the icon..Don't know if the problems are with the apps themselves or it is d BB mobile that has d problem..

View 10 Replies View RelatedI got my unlocked dual-sim 950 last week. All is good except for the new Outlook Mail app. It does fine with plain text emails, but cannot render HTML (web style) emails correctly at all. The formatting looks horrible and many items and images are just missing.
I read on another forum that this was due to the new Outlook app using MS Word as its rendering engine, rather than Internet Explorer, as was the case with Windows Phone 8.1 on my old Lumia 920. If the e-mail happens to contains a "view in browser" link, then it will open correctly in the Edge browser.
But many HTML emails don't have such a link. A decent email client should be able to render most correctly-coded HTML emails perfectly. Funny thing is that Outlook is supposed to be a Universal Windows App and it works fine on my Windows 10 desktop, but not on my phone.
This, the most basic of things in computing... you get a BLANK SCREEN

View 6 Replies View RelatedIs anyone else intermittently getting a pop-up alert on their i4 Safari that states "Cannot Open Page Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found"?I only get this on 3G and not WiFi and it's intermittent but frequent enough to be a hassle. It's happening on a number of websites. I have erased my unit and restored and even erased my i4 and did a fresh setup and get the same results. If I try to open the same website in Opera, it opens fine. Five minutes later, the site will typically open up in Safari. My wife's 3GS with iOS4 does not seem to have this issue.Apps using 3G do not seem to have this intermittent issue, they never have a problem communicating. The only other issue I see is the Apps Store will intermittently come back with a "can't connect error". I have seen a few people post the same Safari issue on the Apple support forums but I am surprised to see no one here mentioning it, making me wonder if it's my phone or AT&T. I am on the 2 gig data plan since I added this phone as a new line vs. replacing my 3GS line (that line and phone are going to someone else).

I have a homepage set, but everytime I fire up Chrome I get this maddening error. I've gone in and deleted/cleared the Cache and Defaults so that when it fires up and goes through new browser setup intro. I follow through all the stuff and it does it again.

I have a Curve 8520, and have recently developed a problem. When I open contacts to search for an address it freezes. I can escape by hitting menu and switching application to the home page again. Eventually I get an error message telling me I have an "uncaught exception" it tells me that the app is not responding and the process has been terminated.When it first happened I called Orange my provider and they sent me a new handset, I retained the battery and reloaded and then funnily enough new phone started same issue. It is using software v 5.0 so I followed advice on blackberry and tried to reload software but that has not worked?

On the one phone, I have a notification for facebook which I have already checked out, but the notification won't go away. View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a BlackBerry Curve 8520 running BB OS 5. Recently the default BB browser will not load pages. After navigating to any page the loading bar at the bottom of the screen will fill up but when it is fill the browser will display a blank page. I installed Opera Mini on the devise and it opens up and displays all web pages fine. I have tried removing the battery and re inserting it without success. I am also unable to reinstall the browser from the BB desktop app. Is there any way to fix this issue without reintalling the OS from scratch?

How do I make it save user names and passwords for logging in to secure web sites? We upgraded to the BB so that we could accept new orders on the fly, but the log in page for our client does not save the user name and password, and we have to type it in each time; it can mean the difference between getting the order or losing it to another vender.
