IPhone :: Enabling ITunes Match And Now The Option Is Gone Completely
May 29, 2012I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this...I was having issues initially with my iPhone not recognizing that I had iTunes match enabled, so I re-enabled it on my Mac. When I went to enable it under Settings->Music, it allowed me to switch on "Enable iTunes Match", but then the option immidiately disappeared (See screenshot). iTunes Match is currently not running on my phone and I cannot get the option to enable/disable it to populate whatsoever. I've tried soft reseting multiple times (Holding down the home+power button for 10 seconds) with no avail.

Feb 24, 2010Recently I have been getting a problem with my 9700 Blackberry. When I make or receive calls, I can not hear anything out of my handset. The person on the other line can hear fine (Usually with me going Hello Hello a million times!) The only time I can hear anything is when I have my bluetooth on or switching it to speakerphone.
I tried doing the soft reset (battery pull when the phone was still on) ...still nothing. Although it did work a couple of times. Its on and off, but recently the situation has gone from bad to worse.Anyone out there with the 9700 with the same issue? It's really annoying and I do use the phone a lot for important calls.
BB Curve :: Handset Has Been Blocked To O2
Aug 10, 2011My handset has been blocked to o2 despite having asked for a PUC code. I have attempted to take it to phone shops to unblock the handset but it seems to be completely locked onto o2.I have transferred the number to Tmobile. However, both the sim cards cannot be read by the handset.

Jun 28, 2010I'm sadly and hopelessly addicted to Circle Popper. Recently I had to replace my 8300 handset with another identical 8300. The new one's OS didn't have Circle Popper and I can't find it anywhere, probably because it's so old, simplistic, and outdated, all reasons I like it! Can anyone help me determine how to move it off my old handset onto my new one? Also have a move to the Bold 9700 coming up, so will need to do it again probably.

Mar 22, 2010Desktop manager informed me that there was an update available, so I opted to go ahead with it.Version 5.0.0.411 installed successfully and all data was restored.
Phone does everything except receive incoming texts - voice, email are working fine. Vodafone suggested downgrading to the version 4, so I got 4.4.6.1.310 by following links from Vodafone's web site.Still no incoming texts, more time talking with Vodafone conclude it's a problem with the handset.Their third level support people say it's a return to base "for zapping".

Feb 14, 2011My partner has just had to exchange her handset because it wasn't working correctly. She is using the same sim. She had already added her email address on the old handset and adding it on the new handset is proving to be a problem.
When she tries to 'add email' it comes up saying 'existing users' and asking for the user name and password. When we type in the full email and password it says 'Blank user name. Type a valid user name'
We have tried just typing the first part of the email without the '@whatever.com' bit on the end and it says 'connecting to email settings' and then 'the information you provided is incorrect. retype your user name and password. Your user name and password are case sensitive.'
...so we are unable to add the email address.

Aug 16, 2012I live outside the US and own a Blackberry Bold 9700 which has Blackberry Enterprise Service; I recently purchased a Bold 9930 unlocked from verizon in the US and wish to use it instead of my old 9700. How can I go about switching the Blackberry service from my old phone to my new 9930?
I am able to make calls with the 9930 but have been unable to activate the Enterprise service on it. I have tried using the desktop software to switch devices but that seems to have only transfered the data from my old phone to the new one.
