I am trying to turn off wireless synchronisaiton of my address book on BES but it is not allowing me to do so. I have gone to CONTACTS > OPTIONS > DESKTOP > WIRELESS SYNCHRONISATION > SELECTED "NO" > WHEN I COME TO PRESS "SAVE" IT DOESNT ALLOW IT. IF I TRY TO EXIT IT STATES "CHANGES MADE! SAVE/DISCARD/CANCEL". If i select "SAVE". It doesnt allow me to exit and doesnt take effect?

I installed the official 5.0.0.328 from Verizon, and now for some reason, my contact lists aren't syncing with my Gmail account. I went into the settings to try to enable it, but the option is grayed out (it says that Wireless Synchronization is Not Available). What happened, and how do I fix my problem? I appreciate any help. I have a Curve 8330?I run on Windows XP and using Outlook 2000.I manage to instale and run the media sync but I am not able to have a Synchronization between my curve and my calander and contacts in Outlook. When I installed the desktop manager the only possibility was to synchronized with outlook express wich I don't want.Wath are my option in order to be able to have my information synchronized between my curve and outlook (regular) more specifically, my contacts and my calendar.

For about the last month or two, it has stopped synchronising my Outlook Contacts and Calendar. It goes through the process when I plug the handset in but the data does not transfer. It's probably not synchronising other data too but I only use it for calendar/contacts. I've moved from Virgin to Sky as my broadband provider during this period. There was a recent BB upgrade but the problem was there before this took place? I seem to only have an option to sychronise giving priority to either the mobile or the PC or to create duplications if differences are found, none of this is satisfactory as I enter data on both and need true two way synchronisation. I've also noticed that birthdays from Facebook are now appearing on my mobile (not something I want) and appointments are appearing in various different colours.

However since it has a cap on data per month I want it to be secondary to several other unlimited WiFi networks such as my office WiFi, home WiFi, free WiFi hotspots, etc. Is there any work around to make the MiFi wireless (or any permanent wireless network) 2nd to all other recognized networks? This is the ideal set-up for my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 WiFi. I don't want to have to turn the MiFi on and off constantly, I want it on in the background as a seamless secondary option. I appreciate any insight and find it odd that you cannot prioritize networks. Meaning if I "forgot this network" and start over will the 1st joined or most recent joined become primary when there are multiple networks available?

I have a Blackberry Curve 9300. 4 days ago I stopped receiving e-mails through the wireless connection(Movistar Argentina) but I can still send messages perfectly. I also can browse the internet through EDGE/3G, make/receive phone calls & SMS and any other function of the device is operational.If I turn on the WiFi connection I start to receive all the e-mails perfectly.I re-sent the service books (which were not either received until I turned on WiFi), re-register the device, power boot it, checked that the accounts are validated, upgrade the OS to 6.0, etc. The problem is still there: e-mails don't reach the unit through the wireless connection (they only do through WiFi)
