May 10, 2012I used to have a BB9780 has no problem using with speaker (Sony Ericssion), but when i switch to BB9360, i am unable to pair this bluetooth speak, it say unable to find new device. It is that new OS7 BB must use Black Berry bluetooth product.

Sep 24, 2011I have a Curve 9360. I paired my phone to my PC, and have done so several times in an attempt to solve this problem, but to no avail. The problem is that while I can send files from my phone to my PC via bluetooth, I can't do vice versa. Everytime I try to send a file from my PC to my phone, the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard says,"The file transfer failed because the receiving Bluetooth computer or device did not respond.If you sent the file to another computer, that computer must be running the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard. f you sent the file to a Bluetooth device, make sure the OBEX File Push Profile is installed.'m pretty sure that everything's enabled (Bluetooth discoverable on the phone, on the computer, etc). So what could possibly be the problem, and how can I fix it (if I even can)?

Last night my fone turned to GSM signal due to weather and this morning, everything is working except Blackberry Messenger. I can receive BBM messages but the ones I send does not go through. Whatsapp, Email and Facebook is working, it is Only BBM that does not deliver messages to my contacts.

When i choose a picture to send it ... there r two buttons i m supposed to choose from ... "Send" and "Cancel" ... I keep moving my trackpad but it never goes to the "send", it only highlights the cancel button ... Its like its not even an option . Aug 12, 2011i have a Curve 9300 and recently upgraded to BBM 6 At first it worked ok but the functionality to send pictures and all other files through BBM was not available - it wasn't even a selection in the main menu. When I tired to go through the pictures folder sending to a bbm contact was not an option. since then i had to reboot the phone and the BBM icon has disappeared. It is noted as installed on my app world listing but I cannot run it or open it and icon has disappeared from my menu!

I tried to look around for a solution but couldn't find. i am aware on how to activate bluetooth/pairing/encryption etc. also couldn't find any option " like receive media via bluetooth " in oS 6.0 which i see others have suggested.
whenever he sends me a file its prompts me to recieve which i accept. then it indicator shows its receiving on the other hand my fd shows 100% transfer my BB automatically disconnects the connections. i dont find anywhere this file was received neither phone ask me to save anywhere.

Dont let me send more than one mms or email with pics at a time because it may take about 10 minutes for them all to send.
