My phone kept freezing so i took the battery out and when i put it back in, it was loading like normal but then stopped at around 75%. I then preceded to remove the battery again and still the same. I found a thread on here that said to plug it in, take the battery out, put the battery back in, then it should work, but it hasn't. It then said to start it in safe mode but that hasn't worked either.

My Blackberry Curve 8330 is set up to automatically reboot. This morning, there was a RESET error - little tiny words and letters in the middle of a blank screen. I hit reset and nothing...scrolled to other options and nothing happened with anything I clicked on. Took the battery out and back in...still same thing. Suddenly the screen changed to white with small letters at the very bottom like a computer loading or like your viruscan looks on the computer - going through words and files at a record pace like it is scanning files. After 20 minutes, I removed the battery again. Waited, inserted it and it did the exact same thing - trying to load or scroll through every piece of memory. The phone will not turn on at all. It just goes directly to this mode.

I had to take the battery out and put it back in for a hard restart to which the normal blackberry logo comes up with the loading bar at the bottem, The problem I get is the loading bar gets to three quarters and then just stays there.

Last night my Curve 8520 crashed on me while I was deleting some old applications and restarting. When trying to restart it was giving me an error. After a little research I found the steps to fix it by completely reinstalling the OS. After downloading the OS to my computer and getting it installed to the phone I found it was quite a bit different than the old OS, and I made sure to select the correct service provider. Anyways, needless to say, I lost all my apps and phone numbers, but the apps and email info were saved on my desktop software. I haven't been able to get the apps back onto the phone though and when trying to open App World on my phone it stays on the loading screen and goes no further. I have tried starting it over many times, pulled the battery and such but no luck.

Every time I submit a URL, or click on a link pulled up by QuickSearch, I see the "Requesting" message at the bottom of the screen, but the webpage doesn't even begin loading, and after a minute or so, I get the message "Communication failure has occurred".I don't think this is a problem with my connection, because) I've had no problems calling or texting, and I'm able to use (and refresh) internet-dependent applications like Facebook, Yelp, etc) I get the "Communication failure" message regardless of whether I'm connected via Wifi or via the mobile network

View 6 Replies View RelatedOkay, I have been unable to get mail on my Blackberry Curve 9330 for some time. I have this phone under Verizon. quite awhile back during one of the updates not the last the one I did today or the last one but probably the one before it I'm assuming one of my email setups didn't directly download right causing it to screw up. It has nothing to do with resets on my phone I have tried numerous times resetting it and it doesn't work. Everytime I go into email setup, I go to Setup>Email Accounts>Internet Mail Account and then either it just freezes at the screen, or just goes back to the "Select the feature you want to set up screen" everytime. I have tried going into Service Books to try to send service books but it doesn't give me the option... I am unable to get into my Blackberry Internet Service account because I cannot remember my password - and I have done password restore or whatever and it said it has sent to my phone
