On pretty much everything I try my blackberry can't seem to load anything that needs internet, which is strange as I was using it just earlier today successfully. I don't have a data plan, I'm using my home network. Everything else works fine, including my old Nokia that I'm currently typing this from, except mt blackberry, I don't know what's wrong and how to fix this.

Also, I tried to complete a job search on monster.com. I could complete all of the fields, but when I clicked on the "search" button, nothing happens.
This is a personal blackberry with no security restrictions, so I'm not sure what I have to turn on that's not turned on.
I have a Blackbery curve 8520. Up till recently it worked perfectly however it has since failed to load websites even when connected to the internet. My BBM works perfectly however. I have re-registered, rebooted and made sure the Data services are on. I have contacted my network provider and they have said that it is a blackberry issue rathr thean a network one.

Whenever I try to load a web page it appears as a white screen which says 'Loading' at the bottom, but never actually loads.I noticed it occured after I returned from abroad. Before my holiday I had turned roaming and data off but turned it back on when I was back in the UK - does this have anything to do with the internet not working? View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a curve 9300 and the DTS upgraded the software from OS5 to OS6 which resulted in the phone becoming increasingly unresponsive, spending loads of time buffering or waiting for it to respond and not being able to use the Internet Browser at all as the pages were always "Too Large" so they got closed down.
I have just downgraded the software back to OS5 to try and free up some of the application memory on the phone in the hope that it will work faster. It is slightly better and not as sluggish but it now won't let me download app world, Facebook or Twitter. It keeps jumping to a page that says that the server has timed out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and individual apps, battery pull and tried doing it via my laptop - none of this is working and I am losing patience fast. The phone is about to be thrown off the balcony
When connecting to the internet I click on the second last icon on the main Bold screen (Telstra icon).After approximately 20 seconds, the blue "loading" bar at the bottom of the screen reaches 100% but remains sitting at "loading" with a blank white screen. There is no error message, and remains in this mode until I press the end / hang up key to return to the main screen.

I have just purchased a new bold 9700 and iam very dissapointed with the web browsing. I had a unlocked storm that I broke. I cannot completely load very many websites at all. The websites seem to load halfway and then stop. Called at&t, they tested the phone said it was fine and they informed me that the bold didnt have the same capabilites as the storm. Can someone let me know if this is true? If so then returning the phone and getting another storm.

If she pushes the "unlock" button while it is on it will go black but come back on in a short time then go off again AND ! Evrytime it comes back on the wallpaper is different. The screen does however go black when you put phone up to ear to talk .

I have a 9810 Torch, with enterprise email from my work. I have had the phone for about a year with no problems. Yesterday I noticed that I can't load any of my banking apps (td bank and boa) or any secure website for that matter. The connection just times out. Everything else seems to load fine. I have att, although I don't think it is the connection because everything else is loading fine.

The screen after disconnecting from the HDMI port will go dim like it is about to shut off but it won't. It will stay dim until you manually turn off the screen with the top power button. It is a glitch and battery killing one to say the least. Anyone else have the issue or remedy other than rebooting like I had to! I mean why do I have to tear apart an Otterbox case everyday? If the HDMI glitch doesn't bother me then it is the black screen of death requiring another battery pull!

I then preceded to remove the battery again and still the same. I found a thread on here that said to plug it in, take the battery out, put the battery back in, then it should work, but it hasn't. It then said to start it in safe mode but that hasn't worked either.
