BB Curve :: Unable To Update And Downloads?
Jan 27, 2011A while ago I had a problem signing into my app world; however, now that I am able to sign in, I cannot download or update anything and I'm not sure why. App world lets me know about the updates but when I go to update the things I have a error message says "Download not available in app world" Does anyone know how this can be fixed or why it comes up?.

Jan 28, 2010I've downloaded the app store twice now and deleted between downloads. Here's the problem, I download it and it installs... unless I select "RUN" once its done, I cant use it. If I don't click "RUN" the app is nowhere to be found. Its not in the downloads folder, app folder or anywhere else I can find, although under "ADVANCED OPTIONS" and "APPLICATION" it does appear. Any one have this problem of know where the apps icon is so I can use it more than just once?

Pretty much sorted out my e-mail problems although despite deleting e-mail accounts, I can't find a way to clear the old messages from the main messsage box apart from individually, which might take a year!I now want to delete my downloads and can't find a way to do that either.For context, I have to return a phone and want to clear it appropriately, either by removing items like downloads and messages that are personal, or by returning to factory settings.

Aug 21, 2010Ever since I updated my desktop software to 6.0, when I back up my device, it changes my time zone to Eniwetok (I am in Eastern Time Zone).My computer is set on Eastern Time Zone, and the time zone does not change in Outlook when I sync, just on my device.I even have Auto Update Time Zone on my device turned off, but it still changes my time zone. Oct 31, 2012i have a blackberry curve 9360. in the morning my bbm was working fine and i was using the internet and everything, but now it has stopped working. my bbm isn't working anymore. everytime i send a message an X appears straight away. i checked the connections and my network connection isn't working properly. on the top of my phone my network, Virgin, appears but in the settings it only says the network is on, not what its connected to. i don't know why its like thas as this has never happed before.

Jun 29, 2012I had a Curve 9300 and it broke I got a substitute phone until they could fix it, but I wanted to use bbm so I asked my sister who had a Curve 8520 if I could use it as she is now using a HTC. She said yes and today I got it. I restored to factory condition and set it up, but when I turn it on it won't let me use my network. It says it is connected to the 3 network and that I have a valid simcard, but when I try to use bbm or text it won't work. I only really want it for bbm.

Feb 22, 2010I can't seem to connect to network when I'm not at home (so can't see incoming emails, updated facebook, new tweets, etc.) It still says GSM or EDGE with a few bars so it looks like I have internet but it's just not transmitting. I have set up the details including the SSID and key/password but each time I try to connect it staes "Failed to associate with the Network".Vodaphone say it is a fault with the phone or my home internet provider but my hubby has a Blackberry and has no problem connecting his to our home internet. Jun 14, 2012My phone stopped working randomly a couple of days ago. I cant send or receive texts or calls. In the corner where the signal is, changed from edge/GPRS to GMS now it's just constantly on SOS. I've tried going into mobile network options and switching network and then switching back and it's saying that my mobile network is out of range? I've also tried doing a battery pull and doing a security wipe which just deleted all my contacts I've been in contact with my mobile network and they told me try the SIM in another phone, and that worked so it's definitely a problem with the phone rather than the network.
