I am facing a Problem That, I am Contentiously Loosing my cell Phone Balance, when I talked to my Connection Provider(SIM)'s Service Centre,They told me that Contentiously sending Massages form your Mobile to UK' numbers , which code like this is (+0044), That's why I have lost to much Balance, Is there any Software Issue.

After I up dated soft wares for my cell phone, my cell phone started turns it off by itself. It goes to blank(no light on), and the only way I can turn it back again is to take out the battery from the cell phone and put it back again.Now I can't even do the same thing and turn it on anymore! When I plug my cell phone to the charger, it shows a battery sign with a kind of lighting picture on top of a batter pic in the middle of screen.What can I do?Is there any way I can talk to manufacture in the US to replace my cell phone after 1 year of warranty?

My banks IT department said if I can access it via my PC using the same address and all comes up good, then I need to speak with my carrier. Knowing the tools I'll end up getting if I call Sprint, I figured someone here with a lot more intelligence than any CS might be able to point to the right direction. I'm sure it some security setting that I don't have right, just find it odd that I can get that far into the site with no issues.

After that I can power my phone back on again and all is good until the next time it freezes.I noticed this sometime happens when I am using the wall charger. I will plug the phone in before bed (it’s turned on), and the next morning when I take it off the charger, the phone will not power on. I have to remove the battery as indicated above.
I have had the phone for two weeks and am wondering if I have a defective battery and if getting a new one will solve the problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

I bought a new, unlocked Xperia Ray from Hong Kong, China. I also upgraded it to the latest available software: 4.1.B.0.587.This Xperia Ray unlocked phone does not work on Bell, Rogers or Videotron carriers in Canada who own the three Canadian cell networks. The IEMI number is rejected from these carriers. I tried the Virgin SIM (uses the Bell network) and the Rogers (Rogers network) SIM, and neither one works. I also called Telus, and no go either.Bell has other users who use the Xperia Ray and one of their affiliates Fido sells the Xperia U and the Xpreia Go. These phones show the same network specs as the Ray (HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 - ST18a).Bell network (Virgin and Fido): phone must be HSPA (or UMTS) and,850 MHz and 1900 MHz compatible. (They use HSPA+) ,Rogers network: HSPA+ 850/1900 MHz ,Videotron: HSPA 1700/2100 MHz
I called Bell customer service and they say that it must be a different phone from the Canadian Xperia Ray... but that does not make sense. Isn't there only one Xperia Ray version??? HTC sensation drops its cell phone signal suddenly, restarting with battery removed helps for few minutes only. Believe its the antenna connected to the panel. However,it works the same (drops after few minutes) when the cover is NOT ON, whereas I thought the cover including the back has the antenna and replacing cover helped few.
