After the upgrade the phone now reboots everytime I try to view a video from the internet?

Aug 23, 2012my BB curve 9360 freezes for 10 mins quite regularly, bought it only 2 months back.It reboots itself automatically no. of times without any reason.I clear the cache from browser and other apps regularly, is it because of too many apps installed? I was told by someone that many people having this model of blackberry are facing the same problem, is it so? what can be done about it ?

Nov 22, 2012this morning i tried updating blackberry OS via the settings. i went to settings>device>software updates and chose the option to update OS to the latest OS for my BB Curve 9360. however it is now stuck on 11% BACKING UP an dit has been like this all morning since 8am. and the notice said the fone will be inactive for only 2hours. someone please assist urgently as I am awaiting urgent business related calls that i cant afford to miss

Aug 23, 2012My blackberry battery died one afternoon and when i started to charge it, the reboot screen kept appearing followed by the red LED light before attempting to reboot again. i have tried installing the new software but it is still rebooting half way stopping, LED light comes on and the whole process continues. the bb is only 2 months old and hasnt been dropped or damaged in any way. could the battery need replaced?

Nov 16, 2010I used to face reboots when my X10 was still on 1.6, but I was ok with them since they happened on certain apps and not that frequent. After upgrading to android 2.1, my phone never stops rebooting. The first reboot occurred when I was using Backup and Restore app to restore my contact, SMS .... I have not even downloaded or set up any application. Then the reboot started to happen whenever I turn on my Wifi. Now whenever I am using my phone it reboots, during calls, searching contacts, installing and playing games. I tried re-installing Android 2.1 several times using PC companion and Sony Ericsson Update Service, but no use. Always the first reboot after a fresh install will be when I am restoring my data. I like the phone and was waiting for android 2.1 since September, and this is what I get, a useless phone where I can barely place a call.

This only happens to the mp4 format videos i transfered from my computer onto my phone. Other videos such as camera filmed works normally yet the problem persists for ones that I transfer from computer over. I've compressed the video files using the Nokia Video Converter Factory Pro program, yet it still doesn't seem to work.

Mar 28, 2012Lately my blackberry has been shutting down then the red lights comes on for a few seconds then an hour glass shows up for a few seconds more then it reboots and it only reboots then when it turns back on I have no battery what so ever after it reboots even if the battery on full there would be noting left of the battery after rebooting I've called my service provider and they told me my software was corrupted so reinstalled the software as they told me and that still didn't work. It doesn't reboot while its on the charger though.

Apr 16, 2010My Sprint 8350 reboots several times during the day either while listening to MP3 files or just sitting on my desk. This is the second one I have that is doing the same thing. Sprint first told me that I needed to clear the log file using Alt LGLG and deleting the file. Next I was told to update the OS which I did. Lastly, they told me to clear the emails I receive and that should fix the problem. Now with my second phone it is doing all of the same thing.

I have taken the first one back to the shop and they couldn't get over it either so swapped it for another one.
