i was on my phone earlier today and it was working fine but when i got home i tried to turn it on to check if i had any messages but it didnt turn on so i put it on charge and the light didnt come on to indicate it was charging i have had it on charge for 4 hours now and it still does not work any thought on how to fix it. there is no water damage and its only 2months old

View 1 Replies View RelatedIt has previously glitched when turning on, but it always does turn on. It's fully charged, I had it charging all night and in the morning it worked fine. I was turning in on and off a couple time during the day and it started fine. Went to turn in on later and nothing happened. Nothing lit up or anything. I took out the battery and put it back in and nothing. I tried charging it for hours and still nothing. I've only had it about 5 months and the battery seems fine.

Obliviously, the battery died at the end of the first day outdoor.When I came back to home I connected it to the OEM wall charger and my bb stuck there. It shows me the battery charging picture (the one with a flash in the middle), I can feel the battery becoming hot while connected but the bb don't turn on.When I disconnect the charger the picture disappear but if I can try to turn on it I see just the red led on for some seconds and then nothing.Desktop find the bb but it says that it encountered some not better specified connection error while trying to communicate with the phone. AppLoader show me the PIN but if I try to install the OS it say there are any BB Device Manager installed (but the OS is).

View 5 Replies View RelatedI plugged my 8330 in my computer to charge and it just shut off immediately.... now i cant get it to turn on... the red led comes on and then shuts off, the screen flashes white for a moment, then the led comes on again, and it repeats this cycle... it has turned on once since its been doing this and i tried to plug it into my computer to back it up, but it just shut off again and its been doing the cycle ever since. i already have a new phone i just need the numbers and stuff from my old one.... if anyone knows what might be happening please help me out.... i cant plug in the phone because when i do it shuts off.... im going to have to back it up using bluetooth. btw i can completely dissasemble the phone if necessary, its just a pile of junk right now anyway... all i want is my phone numbers from it so anyway u think i might be able to get it to turn, and yes... i have tried pulling the battery

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to use standard 3.5mm jack headphones on my curve. However for a start they don't seem to fit very well (they don't go all the way down). Secondly when in all they way all I get is a kind of a low clicking noise. If I pull the connector out slightly I can just about get it to play but the sound quality is poor. Does this ring any bells? Same thing happens with multiple headphones and whether I'm playing an MP3 or using the radio. The OS is 7.10 bundle 1319.

Location services are on and GPS is set to Device, I refresh the GPS and it fails to locate. Doesn't matter whether I'm inside or out, it times-out and fails.
I've tried the GPS diagnostics and it just says the same thing; that it couldn't find my location. My network supports GPS as I used it on my old 9300, so I'm a little stumped.
Also, BlackBerry maps refuses to search, just saying 'Unknown Error'. Possibly connected?
I bought a curve 9320 with which i got a 6 months free Black berry services ( BBS).For the activation of BBS i have sent a msg BBSFREE at 121 but my services is not activated.After calling in customer care they told me that they have activated my services on their hand and told me that you will have to register your phone to avail services.I donno how to register phone to activate my BBS.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm having issues pairing my device (9320) with my new Blackberry Playbook. The software on my phone is 7.1 Bundle 2039. I can pair both devices together through Blackberry Bridge but it shows that I've recieved new emails but doesnt let me open them.
I paired the Playbook with a friends phone (9360) which operates on a different system 7.1 Bundle 1133. And this works fine and we can access the emails and the device and playbook work fine.
I just got dis BB curve and I noticed it didn't ring for long.so I took another fone and called my number.I could hear it ringing on d other fone but my BB wasn't ringing,not even an incoming call alert till about the third ring.I tried with several phones and the same thing happened.it annoys me coz by the tym my BB rings and I have 2 pick up,the caller is hanging up coz it rang for long.
