Sep 29, 2012I want to sync my Blackberry 9320 via Bluetooth to a Windows 7 Professional machine using a Bluetooth adapter. Syncing using USB cable works fine.

And when I go to Setup wizard - Email setup, the only option its giving me is to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server.I was able to use it before to set up my yahoo email account. But when I deleted my yahoo email address, the set up was lost too.

Jul 24, 2010I'm trying to set up bluetooth synchronization for my 8900 now that I am no longer on a BES.I picked up an Asus USB BT-21 bluetooth adapter for my PC, which is apparently based on Broadcom hardware. I'm running Win7 64 bit and installed the Broadcom drivers for the adapter. I followed the instructions here: http://www.blackberry.com /btsc/ search.do? cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB04132&sliceId=1&docTy.Everything works fine up until the point where I go back into Desktop Manager and try to find my 8900. Desktop manager manages to find every other blackberry in my building except for mine. At the bottom of the instructions, it says that a conflicting IT policy might be the cause of this problem. BB Desktop Software :: DM 6 Won't Setup Synchronization For OL 2002
Aug 16, 2010I have tried a number of times to setup synchronization for OL 2002 in DM 6. The initial installation over DM 5 gave me the "Determining the root configuration name for the main system . . ." when I tried configure synchronization, and at the end only contacts and notes were checked to be sync'd. I tried to manually set up synchronization for Calendar and Tasks, but every time a I click "finish" in the setup the check mark would disappear from the box for that item.
I have installed all DM's, reinstalled DM 6, did an update from DM 5 to 6 using check for upgrades in DM 5.I have to stick with DM 5, because that's the only way I can sync.Given the numerous problems with sync OL with DM 6, I would think there is at least some official feedback acknowledging the issues and that a solution is being worked on.

One, my setup folder doesn't have an e-mail setup option. Two, in "Email Reconciliation" option, only chloice I have is to change the e-mail account on "Message Services" drop-down. Related to that, if I'm in "messages," my Options screen lacks "Reconcile Now."

May 14, 2011I bought my first BlackBerry (Curve 3G 9300) on Friday and tried to setup a personal email account on the phone via the setup wizard earlier today.The phone said that an update to 6.11...... was needed in order to do this. I let it update, now the phone is just hanging after starting up. If I do a start up after removing the battery it comes up with a black screen with the BlackBerry logo and a progress bar below it. The progress bar moves along until the end, this takes around a minute. It then shows something like a little clock over the logo for about a second. Once this disappears the phone says with the logo and the completed progress bar - and just hangs there.

Nov 19, 2012I'm trying to use standard 3.5mm jack headphones on my curve. However for a start they don't seem to fit very well (they don't go all the way down). Secondly when in all they way all I get is a kind of a low clicking noise. If I pull the connector out slightly I can just about get it to play but the sound quality is poor. Does this ring any bells? Same thing happens with multiple headphones and whether I'm playing an MP3 or using the radio. The OS is 7.10 bundle 1319.

Aug 7, 2011I got a replacement 9320 today after claiming on my insurance, but the GPS doesn't want to work.
Location services are on and GPS is set to Device, I refresh the GPS and it fails to locate. Doesn't matter whether I'm inside or out, it times-out and fails.
I've tried the GPS diagnostics and it just says the same thing; that it couldn't find my location. My network supports GPS as I used it on my old 9300, so I'm a little stumped.
Also, BlackBerry maps refuses to search, just saying 'Unknown Error'. Possibly connected?

Aug 9, 2010I am trying to sync my BB with my desktop software. I was advised the only way i could get music on my BB was to take the memory card out the phone use an adapter to put music on then put the memory card back in BB.
Surely when i connect my BB to my laptop with the desktop software on it, i should be able to see the music and pictures that are on my phone, or should i not??
I have gone into the options menu on the screen and had a look at my memory, and it is telling me "Media Card cannot be read. Verify that the memory card is properly inserted, formatted and not corrupted".
I have also made sure that Mass Storage support is on, along with Media Card Support, but i still cant see anything.

Oct 17, 2012I'm having issues pairing my device (9320) with my new Blackberry Playbook. The software on my phone is 7.1 Bundle 2039. I can pair both devices together through Blackberry Bridge but it shows that I've recieved new emails but doesnt let me open them.
I paired the Playbook with a friends phone (9360) which operates on a different system 7.1 Bundle 1133. And this works fine and we can access the emails and the device and playbook work fine.

Aug 18, 2012I recently brought the new 9320. I have the basic San Disk memory card which come with the Blackberry. Also as soon as I brought the phone I downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Support software. The desktop software and the storage options on the phone both say that I have a 14.4MB remaining on the phone storage and 1.4GB remaining on my memory card. When I attempt to download apps on the phone through my Wi-Fi it says that there is not enough space remaining. I assume that the phone only attempts to download the app to the device memory. Is there a way that I can get the phone to automatically download the app directly to my memory card? Or is there some other problem which is stopping me downloading apps?
