I'm unable to enter "my world" in appworld.Its showing error id:40820.Please try after some time. I"m using bb curve-9300. and one more thing also im not able to configure any new mail box.
View 4 RepliesI am unable to reinstall gtalk on my curve 9300. Initially i deleted the gtalk and i got the msg as "deletion in process and will be complete upon the handset restart". however when i try to reinstall gtalk from the setup options the gtalk icon does not respond.

View 2 Replies View Relatedbought 9300 handset only to upgrade from my 8520. soon as i plugged in and went to desktop software it said phone has upgrade device software available. says currently has 6.0.0.546 and 6.0.0.600 is available. so i follow the steps just like ive done previously on old 8520 to install new software. gets to back up and then says " error occured while downloading software for device,please verify internet connection and try later". so i go to blackberry site and click the device upgrade button. says phone has 6.6.0.207, and 6.6.0.223 is available. so i follow procedure exactly as is written on this support forum for upgrading, which is exactly how i did it anyway. gets part way through the upgrade and then says exactly what error message there was before. What am i doing wrong? desktop and bb site say upgrade is there but both methods fail every single time?

i have a new E72, before i used to have a E63 and i really love the podcasting app. i tried to install Podcasting app into my E72 by using Nokia Suite software but could not. the error massage from the E72 during installation was: "certification error, check with supplier" something like that. could everyone give me advise?

I downloaded social netwoking applications such as Twitter and Facebook directly from Backberry Phone. Unfortunately Facebook is not working error message as follows "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application please contact your service provider to upgrade the plan". I tried to contact my service provider and they dont know also why.

But as soon as I click on Internet Mail Account it takes me back to the previous screen!
Just acquired a new blackberry 9300. Trying to set up e-mail, followed the Blackberry demo screens but I'm not getting the options demo'd. My phone isn't letting me choose between an Internet e-mail Account and an Enterprise )work related) account, so all I'm getting is an Enterprise set up, asking for an activation code. No idea how to get round this. Any ideas how i can get access to the internet mail set up.

View 6 Replies View RelatedHow can I install back the language pack after upgrading the 9300?Before I upgraded my blackberry software/firmware, my software/firmware was 1875, after when I upgraded from 1875 to 2475, the language pack then went missing.I then found another version of east asian from Vodafone which is the same one as mentioned above, 1875, I can't seem to install the language pack back in after when I've upgraded my phone software.I've deleted the old version of the software in my BB from my computer. My network is Vodafone.Is there a way to reinstall the version 1875 language pack, install it into 2647 language pack? I don't want to load it back into the old version 1875, but to load it in the new version of 2647.
