Aug 1, 2011I have a blackberry curve 8250 with Virgin Mobile. I updated one of my apps and rebooted when it came back on it was a white screen that says "reload software 552" I've tried doing what it say on the internet but my laptop cant detect my phone so I can't do anything.

Mar 6, 2010Just last night I got the white screen with the reload software: 507 error. I was downloading some new apps my phone just crashed, so I tried to reload the software and all that. When at the loader app, the "waiting to initiate device" step, my phone turns on but with the error and the loader doesn't recognize my phone and asks me if I want to retry or cancel everything. I have tried a bunch of methods out there on the other forums, but they didn't work.

Yesterday some of his friends messing about tried to access his phone and put in wrong pin number several times. His phone is now showing a message 'Reload Software 513'. We have never synchronized this phone with the internet, so not sure how we go about sorting out this problem?

May 12, 2010I have a blackberry bold 9000, recently ive been having some problems with it, i did a routine battery pull while the phone was frozen, when it rebooted the arm on the loading screen went around twice then the phone rebooted again, it repeatedly does this until the phone dies, if i hook it up to the charger....same outcome, i am a poet and have months of work stored in the memos, and have about 90 numbers that werent saved on the simcard, i took the simcard out and the memory card, i have done pretty much everything i wus ever told to do as far as fixing it, i plan on buying an bold 9700 but i still must retrieve my contacts and memos can anyone give me any tips as far as fixing it, or atleast tell me how to get my memos and contacts off, thanks for your time and consideration.

However whenever I check for updates via the blackberry site the desktop manger pops up and does not offer this upgrade. Feb 6, 2010I have tried everyting and it does the sam thing everytime at the same time. When the app loader goes to " load jvm and system sofware" the phone goes from white 507 screen to black my computer makes the disconnect sound and then it always sits and the app loader just does its process and then everytime it says device communication error A:0x0000000F > then the phone boots back up and says the same 507 messege.? Its like the usb is turning it off right when the app loader tries the download sequence. it does the same thing at the same time no matter what> i have tried wiping with bbsak and reloading but same thing happens ? I have even went to usb power options and nothing . tried to reinstall usb drivers and tried again > restarted comp nothing> And its not rebooting over and over the app loader actually recognizes the pin everytime i connect it > so its not a problem with seeing the device. I have done it over and over and same thing happens.>>> Its screen goes black thge red led comes on for 3 nseconds and then it sits there black and the app loader never gets past the "load jvm and system software" step. It then goes back to the white screen and app loader says the error communicating A:0x0000000F everytime> Does anyone have this happen? Any tips? Jan 6, 2010I'm following the manual procedure to remove PTT as described in several threads such as "how-uninstall-push-talk-82057" Works great. But the next time I use Desktop Manager to add or remove an application it reloads the whole suite of device software as well. This is a pain because I have to re-register all my apps and do a bunch of other housekeeping but it also brings PTT back.
Any idea what is causing this? I am using DM 5.0.1

I reloaded my software. but today, 2 weeks later, I get the same message. I was like: Oh, this, I can fix this. So I tried and tried...Everything worked out really well but rebooting my Blackberry: No. The Desktop Software says the reboot will take only 30 min. My computer has been running all day. Why? My Blackberry goes on, 10 minutes later my Black berry goes off, 10 minutes later my blackberry goes on.
