I have a weird problem with my new Blackberry.When I answer an incoming call, it is put on the speaker for a very short time (two-three seconds), and then back to normal.Very annoying.It will no doubt be my fault, as I have been playing with the settings but I cannot find how to solve the problem
View 3 RepliesI am using an iPhone 6 Plus (magnificent device) and a Sony MDR-10RBT headset (another killer). But when an incoming call comes, why does not the phone ring? i can hear only from the bluetooth headset speaker. When I was using this very headset with my earlier phone the iPhone 4S, I could hear the incoming call on both the phone ringer and the headset.

Why when i have my headphones in the text message sound as well as incoming call ringtone play thru the speaker on the phone opposed to the headphones?
yet the key sounds when typing play through headphones, as well as the little man who politely reads a new message?
my iphone 4 suddenly becomes silent...no message alert tone,music,incoming call(internal speaker)i tried to reset it several times.it become ok for sometime but it will have the same problem again..
View 1 Replies View Relatedyesterday I got a phone call, so my ringtone was ringing and then suddenly the sound of the ringtone become very small. I thought it was a temporary problem. After finished talking on the phone, I tried to call to my 8900 and the ringtone become small like it was. Then I tried battery pull. Test the ring again and still the same. I also tried to play music and the sound is as small as the ringtone. All volume level already at the highest but all music and ringtones are so small, they cannot go any louder.

Its been workin like a champ up until tonight.. received a call and i couldn't hear anything, speakerphone works as normal, but the ear speaker does not. Anyone care to shed some light on how this could randomly happen w/o dropping or water damage?? Looks like i've got to change the whole midplate now.. which makes me extremely unhappy.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a blackberry curve 8350 and after every phone call I get a screen that pops up and it says the name of the caller and I have 3 options ok, back and I think cancel no matter which option I pick it shuts down and reboots and that takes about 5 minutes... the first 2 times it happened I brought it back to the store and the first time the lady punched some numbers in and it was fine the next time the owner went on the computer and did somthing it was fine but he is away for 2 weeks and everybody at the stoe is clueless
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with my recent calls or rather the call log (sorry, but since English is not my mother language I might mix up the terms but let me explain)When I push the green phone button in the main menu I am used to finding a menu where i can see who I last called, who called me and so on. Little green and blue phone symbols next to the names indicate whether a call was incoming or outgoing.This menu does not work somehow. When I press the green button I get some kind of list, which looks pretty much like the one I just described and which always used to be there, but the phone icons and the timestamps are missing! So I cannot see, whether any given call was incoming or outgoing and what time the call was made.Is there any way to fix this?Can I somehow "reassign" the green phone button to my call log? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Background: 2 days ago call history stopped displaying dialed call. today it stopped displaying any in/outgoing calls to. Didn't made any changes to any setting, menu options etc. it just spontaneously stopped working.
in call history/General Options played with the settings. Changed the "Phone List View" from "call log" to name and most recent. Whenever a call comes in while I am speaking on the phone, the current call automatically cuts off and the new call starts immediately. I have checked the call settings but doesn't seem to be anything there that can work. How do I prevent this?

Since last Saturday, I have been unable to make or receive most phone calls (about 1 in 20 go through). There are absolutely no problems outside of my neighborhood and no reports of service failures in my neighborhood. When people call me, it goes straight to voicemail, and I will randomly (within two hours or so) receive notification of a voicemail.I have already had my SIM card replaced, and today I had my phone replaced, with no solution.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a 9700 that I got back in December, and I have a problem.Just today, my 9700 started exhibiting a strange problem whereby it will not produce ANY sound at all for not only incoming calls, texts, e-mails, etc. but also it won't play any sound if a play an mp3.I've done numerous OS reloads, tried different versions of OS, but nothing.
What I have found, though, is that if I push in on the screen slightly, it will produce sound. Why is this? Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
I had an 8310 and just bought an 8900 brand new off of eBay. I used the 8310's speakerphone A LOT for listening to music and loved it! I always took the back of the phone off too so that it wasn't coming through 2 little holes through the top. Is the sound quality and volume of the 8900 equal to or greater than the 8300 with its batter door off?
