View 4 Replies View RelatedSimilar posts out here and can't find an answer: I have a BB Bold that was working fine today. Since 5:30 ET, it has gone to a black screen. When plugged in, the led light blinks 4 times, pauses, blinks 4 times, pauses, and so on. This blinking pattern has continued for hours. I unplugged and removed thte battery, and then returned the battery to the phone and plugged it in again with no improvement. The phone will not turn on and continues to blink as described. There has been no drop or moisture damage to the unit. Any ideas as to what is going on?

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy girlfriends SE K550i died yesterday. If you try to start it it flashes red a couple of times then nothing happens. I have read about this and I thought I could reflash the phone to see if that fixes it. I have tried with XS++ and when I press 2 and 5 and connect the phone the program reacts but it stops at "Protocol Version 3.1" then nothing happens. The phone doesn't react when I put it in the charger so perhaps the battery is all drained too.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just bought my new Curve 8530 from Sprint a couple weeks ago, it's a great phone and I love it! ( like all of my past blackberries ). There is just one issue that is bothering me, the E key can be unresponsive at times. For example if i hit it with my right thumb, it usually wont key in, but it always will with my left thumb. It's not a HUGE deal, but it is just a little bothersome.

View 3 Replies View RelatedLike the title says, will the battery die faster and need a quicker replacement if I keep the phone connected to the charger for long times? What exactly happens when the phone says "battery full, unplug charger to save power" and the white charging indicator goes off? Does the phone software automatically stop the charging process?Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Cry, and the world laughs louder :-)

So i plugged it into the wall charger and all i got was the red LED for 2-5 seconds and then nothing. does the same thing when you plug it into the USB.Is this a bad battery or is the phone a total loss? im sad because i was so excited to use my new phone and i still cant.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI was on my way home on the train and running low on batteries, but thought i had enough to quickly browse the applications.I'd installed the free Time app earlier that day and checked it out, and it wasnt really to my taste, so I decided to delete the app. It warned me the blackberry would need to restart which was fine, only it turned off and didnt come back on.I thought it had just ran out of battery but now after four hours of charging, and plugging it to my PC the blackberry still wont start. My laptop wont even recognise its plugged into anything and every button I press just gets the flashing red light.

The last time I synced with Outlook, a lot of the same contacts came up multiple times -- around 50+ times each. Seems the only way to delete them is individually. I would like to know the following: 1) is there a way to do multiple deletes and 2) what made this happen.
View 2 Replies View RelatedHad my Curve for a couple of years now. In just the last couple of weeks, it's starting to drain a battery in 4 hours or so with moderate use. And it's the same whether I'm using the old or one of my new batteries, so it's obviously not the battery itself. Even if I don't use it, it'll go to red in 6-8 hours, where it used to hold a charge for a couple of days, even with heavy use. I've checked the terminals and they're clean.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI was listening to music on my Blackberry, and leant on it. Somehow, I managed to make the music fastforward so that four seconds of the song is played in one actual second. I've tried everything to stop this, I've stopped the song, played other songs, turned the phone on and off again, and yet the same thing happens.
I really can't do without my music and I use my blackberry as an ipod, so I have no other alternative.
Does anyone know when the OFFICIAL 5.0 update for tmobile comes out, i see the leaked versions online but I don't want to risk it. Right now I'm running.

If anyone out there could lend me a helping hand with this. Well, im not a very heavy BB user but ive never had my batt go dead on me but it happened! i totally couldnt turn my phone on until i put in my charger. Then it happens randomly whereby my phone will heat up and the battery drops 5% every 10mins or so! until it shuts off!! It happened once right after i fully charged my phone and it shut off within the next hour.Anyone knows whats happening?? i suspected whether it was any of my installed apps that are draining my batt, so i shut off everything! i mean no msn no foursquare no twitter only emails are on but yet it still happens!!Help please? i hope its just the batt thats screwed not my phone.
