I am trying to delete my email address and icons from my blackberry bold 9780. the reason for this is that i have purchased a new blackberry bold 9790 and i am sending my old bold back to Vodaphone as a trade in,they have asked me to remove all personel infomation, this i have done apart from my two email addresses and icons.
I just downloaded the hero theme and it shows a mailbox for the email accounts.I pushed hide on one of the email accounts, and now it is showing a different icon than the "original" mailbox. How do I get it back to showing both mailboxes for my email accounts for the icons.
I have 4 individual email accounts on my blackberry bold 9650, all 4 accounts show up under one email Icon on the phone, they used to be under separate icons, before I changed batteries. How can I get three mails under separate icons.
At some point today my email icons/accounts disappeared off my phone and I didn't delete them. So after looking for them an not finding them I went in to my email set up and set them up again, but then my husband just experienced the same problem, why this is happening?
I gave my 8320 to my niece , however i have two email accounts and a tmo.blackberry. email email on the phone, she is not using a data plan how do i delete the accounts off the phone? I can not find the icon for setting up email? what do i do?
I recieved my 9650 this morning.I setup 2 email addresses (that actually were moved from my curve to my bold), and all of my emails are dumping into ONE folder i hate it. I liked on my curve how I had 2 distinct seperate email icons (boxes) that had work and personal. How do I setup my phone to have multiple icons for my multiple email accounts?
I have two email accounts associated with my phone. Up until a few days ago, I had an icon for each account showing, so that I was able to click on either or and retrieve messages. Now for some reason the icons have disappeared. How do I get them back?
I've got a new Blackberry Torch 9800 that was issued to me by my company. Needless to say it has my company email account on it and I've also just added my personal email account to it as well. In the 3 weeks since I first got the phone I've had only the corporate email account active and have thus become dependent on the New Message notifier icon at the top of the home screen.
When I see 1 or more new messages I no longer have any idea if it is a work email or a personal one. Any way to change the notifier icon for my personal email account so at a glance I can see how many items I have for either account. I know I could just turn off the notifier function for the personal account which would remove it from that notification area, but I'd really prefer not to do that, I just want some ability to tell the two apart at a glance.
I had previously had two accounts email accounts on my Bold and completely deleted these, including going through service books to insure removal and pulling battery to reset.
When I reset one of these, the other appears and while mail for the first is received, mail can not be sent.
How can I break some sort of relationship between these accounts and my Blackberry services (BIS). These accounts are through two differet service providers (GoDaddy and GMail).
Additionally, I deleted other unneeded email acocunts yet one account (unrelated to the two above) still remains in my Contact Options. How do I remove this? Bold 9900, 7.1 (998)
remove icons on your homescreen. From my reasearch it seems as if you can only hide icons and not delete them. I have the Blackberry Curve 8520, for some reason one of my BBM contacts is now an icon on my homescreen I have no idea how this has happend and how I can remove it
Is there anyway to remove/hide the carrier name (AT&T) from the status bar? In my Moto X 2014, there was an option is the settings and it would remove the AT&T from the status bar but I can't find an option in the S6.
Also, is there a way to remove/hide the 'time' from the status bar?
Yesterday, I downloaded the new version 6.0 Bundle 3049.I cannot set up my email accounts. After entering the password, I get a message: "SORRY, UNABLE TO CONTINUE YOUR SESSION. PLEASE LOG IN AGAIN"
I have a new 9700 with BIS.I have two email accounts. The first one was set up without any issues whatsoever. The second one is being more difficult.Up until last week, it was an exchange account so I tried to set it up as OWA. No matter what I tried, the 9700 wouldn't set up the account.
I then switched that email account it to another host at the weekend (the same host who hosts the account which does work on the 9700). The change is complete, the mailbox is 100% up and running and all the DNS records have been updated.
BUT the 9700 still won't recognise the account. I just don't know what else to try. I have tried a battery pull and also re-sent the service books but it still won't recognise the account.
I cannot set up internet email accounts on my new blackberry bold 9780 . I visited the blackberry website and found the instructions on how to set up. Per instructions I should select - Set up - Email accounts - and then Internet accounts, but unfortunately when I select Email accounts it only shows me Enterprise Email account set up not Internet emails account set up , per instructions it should show me both options
I would like to read my email on the BB and i have already added my hotmail-account. That's working fine. Now i like to add another emailaccount from my own domain. Although i am 1000% sure i use the right account login details (its working on mail2web.com) i cant add these accounts. [code]...
I got my BB Bold 9900 just after Christmas and had no problems in setting up my email accounts onto my device (hotmail & sky) however upon downloading the Olympics app it appears too of deleted these. I have gone to my setup and clicked on email accounts but its just not working. It clicks but doesnt act on the click (i can click like 20 times and nothing happens) and the screen remains the same like I havent clicked on anything. I can click on other options as BBM and it goes staright to my BBM chat so no problems with the button except for it doesnt act upon the email account.
I am with T Mobile who have been most unhelpful with this, I have done software updates and still this is not working
how to setup my email accounts? Everytime I click on the Email Accounts (under setup), I nothing happens. I can't even see the enterprise setup which I use to. I've had this on previously on Rogers and now just changed over to Fido.

When using the Setup Wizard, and selecting Email Setup, I am only faced with the one option of using aan account on the Blackberry Enterprise Server. How do I set up an Internet Email account ( POP or IMAP) that is not BES?All google searches I have tried indicate that I should be faced with altermatve options.
Last week I bought a Bold 9700. I put in my SIM card and set up our 4 email accounts. All working fine. My husband has just gone aborad on business so has put his SIM card in it and is having problem downloading emails. I have bought another Bold 9700 for me so that we have one each now. Can I set up the device for the same 4 email accounts, so that we both have access to the accounts from our own device.
Also does he need to go through blackberry registration with his sim card so that he can access emails. As the device he is now using was originally set up with my sim inserted. He is abroad at the moment and is frantic that he may not be able to access his emails!! He is a bit of a technophobe, but from using the Bold 9700 with my sim card in he had no problem and found it very easy. Where have we gone wrong....
setting up my email accounts at a new Bold 9790. Somehow I only get the enterprise account option on the email screen. There is no official BB dealer/service in Greece and my service provider is not to be trusted with help any longer! In the past few years I even have to buy my BBs from abroad. need to use it the email app on the phone ASAP?
I bought new BlackBeryy 9900.An i would like to add some email account. I created Blackberry ID.But in SETUP-Email Accounts i have option ONLY ffor enterprise account. How i can get rid of it since i don't have password and account, or where i can get account and password and who is administrator? is that girls who are working in T-Mobile, they can give, or who, Can someone explain me?
I've been ytrying while more than two weeks to enter my Email Accounts Manager on my BB 9700 as we usually do that is with my email adress (as user) and keyword with which I sign up on my BB ID account, but I always get the error that says that my user or my keyword is not valid and I'VE ALREADY CHECKED AND CONFIRMED THIS INFO but i still get the same error and I can't add new email accounts!!!!
I owned a blackberry 9780 and I found my way in deleting my old email account. But now, I want to add a new one but my email accounts icon is not working and no matter how i try doing it from the advice given on Google, it's not working.I want to know how to add a new email account so I can receive my emails on my phone.
After transferring all the data from old BB to the new one (via desktop manager), emails didn't seem to move. Now I can't receive my emails on the device. When accessing email setup, every time it gives the following message "A new BB device has been detected. You must move your email account(s) to receive email on this device. To move an email account, you will need to type the email account password. At least one email account must be moved to set up email on this device". After typing in all passwords, they are verified, but the moment I return to setup, it's the same - if accessing email setup again, it's the same message and no emails coming in.
