I have been struggling to get images/icons like Games apps and themes or any screenshot on App World. I have tried complete uninstall/ reinstall , restarted in vain. The browser settings are fine. I can view images/icons if I open App World in the BB browser.

I'm trying to see the screenshots of programs in blackbery app world for my bb bold 9700. I have the latest firmware too, 5.0.0.714. Funny enough though is that no matter what firmware I updated to I was never able to see the screenshots.
Also I'm having problems with the text messaging once in a while where after I've talked via text for a while, I would send a message and it would screw up a little where the screen is out of place.. I would then back out and I can't get back into the message without having to delete the message and start over or pull the battery.
As per the recent update to my device bold 9900 to 7.1 bundle 1149, but I had a problem in my bb app world which opens normally but do not shows any software icon images at all. I believe that it has been stopped behind some firewall, as when I try to open it from wireless network I can open it smoothly but only when I try to open it from my blackberry service it cud'nt open.I had no prb with my previous version when it was working on my phn smoothly but only it was a latset update I updated and it had this problem.

I'm sorry for posting a question perhaps already posted, but I didn't find a working answer.Even if the app world application is installed, it appears impossible to find the related icon, both on the application, download or application center. But if, from the list of application, i ask to change application, the icon appears in the list.

Also, the folder that kept all my downloads, the one with the orange arrow pointing in, has also disappeared. I can't get to new applications and can't find all this good stuff, except what I stored on my home page.

All attempts of retrieving the same have failed. I even reinstalled the apps world and whatsapp messenger but the same result. Have done hard reboot also.

Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. 1. Is this possible from the built-in browser ? I can do it from Opera Mini, but haven't found a straightforward method for the Nokia browser.
2. The images I did download are very small (certainly smaller than the were when uploaded). Is it possible to download the full-sized image ? If not, is this a phone/browser or Facebook limitation ?

And the option to Get Images is gone unless I switch to plain text and back or exit the email and open again, but it still does nothing if I try to Get Images again.

Since pressing the screen jumps to the next snap i can't take screenshots using the powerbutton and the homebutton. I have read others saying that you can use your powerbutton and volumebutton but it doesn't work when i press volume+ and power button (vice versa) neither volume-.
