I keep getting this error when I try to connect to use app world without wifi. I have 3g internet by giffgaff so I don't understand why app world doesn't let me download things. The error is cannot get new token due to device offline state. (Error id:40760)

I have a bb torch 9800 and I cant seam to get the app world to work. Every time I want to download something it says "there was a problem during installation. please try again". I can't download anything even from my web browser.

"blackberry app world:research in motion limited" contains a different verion of "module net_rim_bb_appworld_usb" which is also used by "blackberry app world." If you procees blackberry app world may cease to fucntion properly.
I upgraded my BB in December and since then I've not been able to download anything from the app world, it keeps telling me 'unable to log in'.I've been in contact with Orange since then and have been told that they can no longer help with solving this issue, I'm starting to lose my patience with the whole thing now as I can't even get hold of an contact email address to try and solve my issue. I deleted it and tried to reinstall it, but all of a sudden I get a message saying: This device does not support Why? I am in South Africa. App World IS supported here, at least for free apps. I had it, all my family and friends have it, so I know it works in South Africa. Why can I suddenly not download App World?

my question is about the calander. I had a 8330 and my daily reminders showed up on the home screen, but i chandged to the 8520 last week and it doesnt have that option. With the 8330 i had to change the theme, but with the 8520 i only have 1 theme option. Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. The app is not showing up in the "My World" as downloaded. But when I go to re-download the "Score Mobile" app, it does not give me the option to download it. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have upgraded to BB app world 2.0.1.12 from 1.x and regret it. The new app world requires the BB owner to set up a BB id in order to login and download applications. This is not working for me. I get authenticated but then the application is not downloaded. The screen gets stuck on the "Loading..." window. When I press escape a text comes up that "I have to agree to terms and conditions... ".but I have never been asked to agree. I pretty annoyed at this and find it all rather useless this app world upgrade.
