I am on Orange UK and unable to get UMA calling. This feature is a must as I'm sure you have all read many times before.
I noticed a new software on the Blackberry website

When I download and install this file (240mb), and try to update my device it says there is no update available. Can anybody shed any light as to how I apply this Package Version as I am currently on 7.0.0.2406, or can anybody confirm whether UMA is actually included within the package?

i am using curve 9300 and want to update old OS to latest OS 6.0v. i am using online updater (via blackberry official site) but evry time it was showing "please check your internet connection......" i also downloaded desktop software and tried to update from there but again getting same message. please help how to fix this and update to OS 6.o V
I have tried several times to update the BlackBerry App World software on my Blackberry Curve 8520. But the update has not happened.I have connected my mobile to the desktop and Connection to smart phone is successful. It did show my PN on the Browser. Updation of the App World Software just goes on without any info that it is complete. I left the device for the whole day.So I am unable to download any software on my blackberry device.
I tried to update to latest Nokia store but when I click on update, it downloads and shows installing but it never completes.Tried after restarting the phone, it only downloads but never installs.
After latest update that brought us pinch-zoom I've got issue with using the phone with my in-car Bluetooth handsfree. It happens during call - it all works great up to some point when BT connection seems to "hang" so both phone and car BT thinks in's still active while it's not. After I move the call to the phone and finish conversation, BT in the phone gets turned off and it never turns on again until I reboot the phone. This is pretty annoying as I spend 2+ hrs daily in the car and I live in Ontario, Canada which has a law against using cellphones during driving except with handsfree.
I recently upgrade to 7.0 and lost everything I did back it up so that helped. But my app that I use daily cannot be reinstalled. Can I reinstall 6.0? If so how?
If like me you cant unlock your Bold after the latest update - what they haven't told us that you can now lock and unlock the bold by pressing the top left of the phone, this toggles the button lock on and off - no idea how you lock the phone with your own numbers now, so I cant see how this is an improvement at all, seems like asecurity flaw to me! Nice if they told us what the upgrades would do!
I've accepted the fact that after the latest update the keylock button does not lock password enabled. But WTF happened to the silent mode? The button is not working at all :S is it to do with my phone or has the latest update cancelled that as well?

i just bought 8520 curve v4.6.1.314 and i am unable to download latest vesion of bbm whereas my friends are using it n even sent me links but i cant access n get http error msgs.
I have updated itunes on my laptop. When I connect my iphone 3gs to update the IOS, it will go thru the process but when it gets towards the end, it will not. Any reason why it will not update. I can sync up the phone to itunes no problems and it recognizes it.
I have the 9700 Bold, and its running on OS 5.0.0.344 and I have been trying to update to OS 6 but it says there is no update for my model, while at the same time the rest of my friends who have the same model as mine have UPDATED theirs to the running OS 6. I'm unable to upgrade to the latest version of Quickoffice. I've tried both options offered in the application - download and e-mail, but neither work. When I try to download, the application stops responding and when I use the e-mail option, the application reports that the process was successfully completed, but I don't receive an e-mail. My phone can access Internet normally.
I have an 8GB model and current firmware version is MA 1.7.10 N8. When I check the websites it says the latest firmware is 1.7.11 N8. When I connect to the system and check for latest software, motocast always report back saying there is not new files to update. May I know how to upgrade to the latest firmware?
Want to install the latest update PR.1.1 that came out today, but despite removing every application installed on there (something that I only did 4 days ago with the last update, then spent time re-installing them), I still can't install it.

I have serious issues with my phone lagging terribly after the latest update to.587. I get better performance if I kill running apps, but it never gets very good.
