Suddenly since yesterday the preview of the new taken phots dont show, i just see this small icon of a landscape. Some of the downloaded images do have the same effeect.
i already repared the card, rebooted, removed the memory card. But the effect is both on the bb's hd and memory card
I have a Htc one m8, I had too have a replacement phone sent to me my question is my missed calls and text messages preview does not show up on the lock the screen like my original one did I have all the settings checked the way they should be but still will not preview, what I may be missing or something else i need to do....

my old nokia n8, I could choose to receive notification that only showed the contacts name and let me know I had a message from them. Is this possible on the s6? I do not want the message preview on my screen so that everyone can see the message. I just want the contacts name only.
i want to hide my whatsApp to not show the preview massage on the screen because anybody beside me he can look what is written to me

I installed a new camera update on my 1020 the other day and I can no longer preview the photo immediately after taking the picture.
The only way to view it now is by checking it in the gallery. It was handy to preview the photo to check whether I needed to re-shoot it due to blurriness, blinking etc..
I've checked all the settings and I can't find an option to bring it back.
I have a problem with my nokia n86, when I go to Photos > Captured photos and I "travel" by the months that the pictures were taken, for some pictures, the preview image is completely different than the actual image! For example, I browse the phone for some the pictures taken in september 2011.
Then, when I choose one and try to use it, or even if I enlarge the picture I chose, I find out that the preview is plain wrong. This bug is for most of the pictures I took. This is really annoying - I can't find pics I took and use them. I must move them all to the computer. Also restart wont fix it. And I tried to update the software but it is the latest.
Took photo with iphone 4s. Picture displays in picture preview on bottom left, but is not in camera roll. Pic should be in phone somewhere since it's in preview.

This morning (February 16, 2012), I downloaded the new synchronization software/software update for my Blackberry Bold 8520. Every time I try to synchronize, the software gets stuck at "Preparing synch preview." I have taken the battery out of the Blackberry, rebooted my computer and backed up settings to my computer.

I have a unique problem in that when I take a photo or video using my iPhone4's camera it doesn't show in the photos app and it just says no photos are present. Same if I try to save any photo from the web or take a screen shot. But the thumbnail with the last pic taken shows in the bottom left corner of screen when I launch the camera app.

Im having a strange issue where when I take a picture I can review it immediately, But it does not show up in the camera roll folder. After a few moments it will show up in my photostream.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've had my N97 for about 6 months and it has been the worst nokia experience. 7 days after purchase, i had to take my device to nokia care for the much documented camera scratch issue. it took a month for them to fix it. my device keeps crashing and freezing every now and then, and tiny scratches are reappearing on the camera lens. now that its out of warranty, i'd need to pay for repairs even though its a knows issue.And there's this weird issue i face every now and then, captured images wont show up in the 'photos' app, although they are visible in file manager. A *�7370� corrercts the problem, but then again the issue reappears in a couple of weeks. Nokia care suggests to reset the device. so its like this:I reset my device every two weeks for it to work correctly. my next device i'm afraid, is not going to be a nokia.

I have a Photon with the latest software update. I haven't bothered reporting this problem before but it has existed since I got the phone.My contacts are stored on an exchange server. For many of friends, family, and coworkers I have added a contact photo. These contact photos work on:
EVO
EVO 3D
Epic 4g Touch
iPhone
Outlook
iPad
Galaxy
but they do not work on the Photon. By not work, I simply mean that the photos exist on the server, and when I txt or call anyone whose contact has a photo stored, the photo does not show up for almost all of my contacts that have photos in them. Curiously, there are two contacts that display photos, but I don't know why. I would like the photos to be displayed for all contacts like all of my other devices do. i did move my applications from another phone to this phone using a MyBackupPro.
I wanted to move some of the new photos on my iPhone to an album in iPhoto on my Mac and I could not get my iPhone to show up in iPhoto. I restarted my iPhone, I re-launched iPhoto and still nothing. I did open iTunes and it does show up there but it still won't show up in iPhoto. What am I missing?

I can't view some photos in my iPhone 4. When I just do the recover from the BackUp I can see the photos as a thumbnail for few second, then start to disappear. I tried to import them from Mac and PC, but a message said "An error occurred while importing. The item ‘IMG_3810.JPG” was not imported."
Can si the size and the name, but can't do anything. I tried to recover the backups with some programs, couldn´t fpund those photos. I think the photos could be damage.

All my contacts are synced, Facebook profile pics show up on the contact list but Caller ID photos do not show for incoming/sending calls. Its just the generic picture. However Google+ profile pictures do appear in a small circle on the bottom left corner on a gray background.
PS: The problem started after the 5.0 update. I've already reset the phone and tried doing the update with PC Companion. Nothing works.
If I set a Contact Photo for myself, does it show up for other people?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI assigned pics to a bunch of my contacts and was pleased to see they synced over to my Exchange account. All of my Android phones I've had since then (G1, Droid, G2, Sidekick 4) pulled those pictures down from Exchange once I set up my contact sync and showed them in Contacts, when I'd get an incoming call from that person, in the text messaging app, etc.
But, the Droid3 doesn't. I'm guessing this is because it looks like it uses a custom app for Exchange, but still, I'd like to see it fixed/added. FWIW, contact pics from my Google+ contacts do show up.
My Bold 9900 purchased from Cable and wireless Barbados vendor id 131 only displays 3g even though Cable and wireless has launched a 4g network. Do you know why this is?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI distinctly remember setting a separate ring-tone for one of my favorites. But then, out of the blue, her ring tone switched to the default. I was just trying to edit the contact. But when I select a new ring tone, it no longer previews. I can select one, but not have it play right away.
I tried powering the phone off and back on, but still cannot preview the ring tones. I played around with the "compose ringtones" option that makes a ring tone out of the phone number, but that doesn't work because it does it for each phone number for each favorite. So that I would have to memorize more than 10 similar ring tones. But at least I could press the play button and preview the tones. That tells me it is not the default sound playing app that is the issue.
Please help me, as i downloaded applications using the device manager but can't find them on home or downloads where i keep my downloads.But i found them in the advanced options-->applications-->ad-on.how i can show them again?
