While using my bold 9900, a white screen popped up saying JVM error 520 and a continue button under it. After pressing continue the mobile returned to last view and froze. I had to restart it by battery pull.

Originally all posted to one folder messages folder in the message 'center' where all the sms etc go into (middle of the screen icon at the top) i am not sure what has started to happen but suddenly i then had 2 messages folders and now i have 3. They all go to the same place and sometimes contain the same message which just appears in all 3.
I think this started when i started configuring the sync of the deletion of the folders "folder reconciliation". how i can delete these additional folders as they are just a nuicense they mean very little as mail is randomly flowing into them.

I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.

Since, I do not have a subscription for multimedia messages with my service provider, the message remains in the outbox and never gets sent.
Can someone advice why the text message converts to multimedia message? How to prevent this from happening everytime I send/forward text message to more than 10 people from the contacts list?
My new E51 phone is always giving me this message: "Correct the access point in your mail for Exchange connection settings".It is really annoying. View 4 Replies View RelatedFor 2 days now my phone just show the clock spinning for several minutes, maybe up to an hour, then a white screen pops up that says App Err, and click the middle button to reset and then if just goes back through the same process. The folks at AT&T said I might need a software update, so I downloaded the desktop software onto my computer and have tried to update my phone that way, but it just does the same thing, the clock just spins like it is thinking, and then it will just shut off.
