IPhone :: Voice-mail Greeting Won't Change
Apr 6, 2012My iPhone 4 is on AT&T network, and the voicemail greeting will not change. I've saved it under Visual Voicemail, and it plays if I play it there, but when somebody calls, it plays my old one. I have tried setting it by calling my voicemail and changing it there, but that still doesn't work. If I play my voicemail message from calling my voicemail, it plays my new one. When people call, it still plays my old message!

Feb 4, 2010I just upgraded to the official 5.0 OS from bell and I seem to have lost Visual Voicemail coming from OS 4.6.301. I tried to look at how to re download it but I have not found anything I even connected to DM and tried advance software upgrading/ removing and its not on the list.

BB Bold 9700 :: Message Indicator And Voice Mail Sound Help
Jan 7, 2010Got a 9700 on Telus HPSA network. Having the same issues as everyone else for the dropped calls, SMS, etc.I am also having a small issue with the New Message Inditcators.When I get a new email, I can go to the main message folder which shows all the messages. If I view it there, the new message indicator for that folder disappears, but it stays on the other folder (gmail, SMS, etc). Is there a way to get it to clear like on my old Curve? Also, want help with changing the sound for my voicemail notifier. I can't find it anywhere in my sound profiles. Can anyone find it? I want to change it.

Feb 11, 2010I have the 9700 Bold.I was listing to a visual voice mail when I received a call.After the call the visual voice mail message is locked.I can delete it but when I get a new visual voice mail the old one I deleted re appears along with the new one and both are locked.All of this occurs in the email app.I can go to the visual voice mail app. And it works as it should.I tried deleting all voice mails in both apps. but it dose not solve the problem once a new message is left.

Jun 7, 2010This is really bothering me.I have a yahoo mail account set up on my phone - It has been on there for over a year - it has always worked this way - If I get an email (the phone goes "bing") and i read it on the computer - and responded and delete it on the computer it would be removed from the phone the next time i looked. Recently I began noticing that the message is not being delated from the phone if I delete it from the mailbox, and I can't figure out why.
Basically I want to be able to read the message on the computer and hit delete and for it do the same thing on my blackberry and vise versa. Now it seems to work if I delete the message on the BB then it will not be in the Mailbox on the computer.

Jan 17, 2010I have a Bold 9000, and sometimes the bugger just drives me nuts.This has only happened to me twice now, but it's a pretty costly issue..My voice dialing seems to randomly turn on, I have no idea what is leading up to it, I hadn't had my headphone jack in it for a couple of hours.But then, the next morning, my alarm doesn't go off because the stupid voice dialing was activated [as you can see, this is a costly issue because it has lead to me missing a shift].Anyways, all the posts that I have read the solution has been to disable the side key.. Which I did a long time ago, and I double checked today, yes, it is turned to video camera, not voice dialing.How do I disable my voice dialing?

Aug 4, 2010so I updated my OS and tinkered with my speaker (see seperate thread) and after putting my phone back together, the send function in e-mail is gone for replies. I can forward e-mails fine but if I hit reply, I get every option except "send". May 17, 2010I recently had problems with my phone and had to restore it using a full handheld wipe. I reloaded ny data and all is well except that I cannot get my phone to give me a tone or a vibrate when I receive an email. I have the out of holster and the in holster settings set to vibrate+tone, high, 3 but it still will not give me any audio or vibrate alert just mail icon pops up so I can only tell if I look at the phone if I have new email.

May 28, 2012Blackberry Bold 9700 on contract with Virgin, I have now unlocked the phone and put my works Sim (o2) in. When I switch the phone on I recieve 1 possibly 2 calls then all further calls go to voicemail, I dont get any notifications that I have voicemail and don't know unless I call 1 or 901. If I turn the phone off and on again It then repeats the process. It appears to forward all calls to voicemail after a couple of hours. Call Forwarding is set to Conditional and does not change. I have reset to factory settings but it still does it.

I know it was there earlier today since I went in to see if there were any BIS 3.0 changes (I didn't see any).Now it's gone.I still have all my e-mail accounts set up and they appear to be working fine, but the setup icon is gone.Has anyone else noticed this issue?Is there something going on with BIS? Perhaps an upgrade rollout?
