BB Bold :: Downgrade From OS 6 Back To Latest OS 5?

So about a month or so ago, I did the OS 6 upgrade, just to keep my software up to day. That was the worst idea ive ever had. I absolutely HATE EVERYTHING about OS 6. I couldn't name one thing i like about it. Not to mention it causes my phone to constantly freeze, it drains my battery quickly, and it runs so slowly. Is there any possible way to finally get rid of this terrible upgrade and go back to what I had? I cant take it anymore!

blackberry to OS6 but don't like it and would like to get it back on OS5 but don't know how to do it without a computer. I do have unlimited data so I don't have to worry about the amount of data when downloading the. how to get used to OS5 because it makes my device a lot slower than when it was on OS5 so if there is any possible way at all

I was getting drops out on calls with 862 so I decided to back to 714 and as usual I dont back up my data as it always does it automatically during the downgrade or upgrade process.This time, I had my email accounts restored but not the actual emails. My contacts have been lost, but the apps and themes are still there.
So I tried restoring my contacts from a backup that I took on the 27th of August but here is the message I get when I try to do the Restoration was an error restoring.There could have been a problem with the device or connection during the restore. Verify that the dvice is turned on and connected.I tried restarting my computer and doing a battery pull but no luck and it is the same cable and port I always use...

I should have read this forum before I jumped the ship to upgrade to the stock ICS. Now its nothing short by hell for me...
1) Can't detect picture and audio files occasionally
2) Application handcent not able to display contact pictures where are syn from facebook
3) VERY LAG
4) lock screen will strangely change by itself. I had set it as clock, but always sometimes show weather instead...
5) Smaller notification icons
I am sure this list can go on and on, but how to downgrade the firmware back to the previous one. It was gingerbread right? I have to be very honest, I know nothing about rooting, and my HTC Sensation has always been on stock OS only.

During the last six months of so the problems with the hires camera in my SGS2 have turned from being just really annoying to fatal. Earlier, my camera or the firmware/software had poor abilities to focus the picture correctly giving blurry and random results. Later on, the saving or processing of the photos right after shooting were stopped by crashing of the samsung Camera software. This happened by camera app giving error message and then shutting down itself. Finally, after the firmware update (I9100XWLPG) about a week ago the camera has totally stopped working. The application shows no live picture and crashes after 10-15 sec. I cannot access the settings and the only thing the application does is that it turns the icons on screen along with the rotation of the phone.

I wonder if there's any way to downgrade my BB. The version I use is '6.0 Bundle 1202 (v6.0.0.344, Platform 6.6.0.50)'. I have had serious problems with this version, so want to downgrade it. I recently was forced to do the upgrade to 6.0 on my bold 9700. I now lost the ability to reply all in texting. This is a feature I use a lot. I have tried calling t-mobile and the suggestion was to downgrade to 5.0OS but they don't have the software. I have tried finding it on blackberry's website and still no luck. I'm seriously on the verge of leaving blackberry and t-mobile since neither of them are helping in getting this resolved. The iphone has this feature and maybe its time I move on.

i downloaded the 6.0 update about a month ago, and it blows. its annoying, themes dont work on it, sucks to use because hitting left twice quickly makes you go back so when youre copying text you need to do it very slowly, and is just not what i expect of an "update". So how do i downgrade?? Is there a way i can do it from my phone?? When i go to update it says up to date and nothing else is there.

I accidently upgraded my phone to os 6.0, because I thought I was upgrading blackberry software for my pc, but in the process it changed my phone os to something else because it was still connected with usb cable to my pc. I personally enjoyed the simplicity of os 5.0 and would be very happy if someone could explain how I can downgrade it back to os 5.0 from os 6.0. I did call T-Mobile and they could not help me, so if you know something I should do.

I have unknowingly upgraded by BB9700 software from OS 5 to OS 6 and it has screwed up my phone entirely..Its soooo slow and keeps hanging....Even the device memory is Low (14 mb) post upgrade...I wanna revert to OS 5....I am using a MAC (v 10.6.8) and have researchd the net and the various forums but could not find any solutions for MAC users....I am using the BB desktop software and thats where i upgraded the OS....Also how does one free up the device memory? I keep deleting old mails / pics / msgs / cache / history / media files etc....Is there any other way to free up device memory? Also how does one save downloaded applications from BB App world to media card instead of device memory?

Even if there is not additional application in the device it hangs frequently.Many people have shared in their post regarding this issue. It says we first have to wipe the device and install os5. i got the os 6.0.0.448 install on my 9700 a couple of months now. since then ive been experiencing alot of memort leaks....my phone goes from 27.1MB-6.2MB in less than 4 hours! its so frustrating when i have to constantly keep rebooting my phone...i dont have much apps install either! i tried upgrading.. i download the os that i wanted followed the instructions and when i click finish for the update to start, i get a command saying that my os was successfully updated but its not...still the same.

I upgraded my phone with the newer software (available from the Sticky above) and am hating it. My "send/share" feature doesn't work on pics, the phone has been running slow, internet has been touchy, and a whole host of other dislikes. Can I DOWNGRADE my software? Or am I stuck?
