Jan 16, 2012I am wanting to know is there a way to delete multiple email messages or normal messages for that matter at one time.If i receive like 20 emails, do I really need to delete each one individually? As it's major painful. Even my old dilapidated cell phone could delete mutiple messages at once.

Nov 26, 2010I was wondering, is there a way to delete an entire conversation?I assumed it would be any standard feature on any phone which has sms messages displayed as conversations.Not only can I not find a way to do this, but it seems that I can't even select and delete individual messages from the conversation view, I need to select and enter each individual message to then delete it, which returns me to the top of the thread. This is very frustrating when wanting to delete an entire conversation. It will take forever!

Sep 14, 2011I have 3 mail accounts connected to my bb. Originally all posted to one folder messages folder in the message 'center' where all the sms etc go into (middle of the screen icon at the top) i am not sure what has started to happen but suddenly i then had 2 messages folders and now i have 3. They all go to the same place and sometimes contain the same message which just appears in all 3.
I think this started when i started configuring the sync of the deletion of the folders "folder reconciliation". how i can delete these additional folders as they are just a nuicense they mean very little as mail is randomly flowing into them.

If I leave the multiple entries for the same person then the next person who I add will only show once.Why do they appear multiple times? Jul 31, 2010I've noticed a couple issues when sending a text message to multiple people. On my old curve, I could hit the menu button, click "add TO", choose a contact, and thats it, simple. But on my Bold, I have to click, "Show recipients", and add another recipient. Now, the problem arises when i want to send it to only one more person. I choose the person and it has the next option for recipient open, which is blank cause im not choosing anyone else. I hit "ok", and it does nothing. I hit "ok" again and when i send the message, its sent duplicate messages, meaning each person gets the message twice. Same thing happens when forwarding. Id choose the person i want to forward the message to, but when I hit "ok" it doesnt do anything, so i have to hit it again and it adds the one contact twice. Anybody know how to fix this issue? Or is this just a common glitch that hasnt been fixed yet?

However, on restore, it did NOT restore my separate e-mail inbox folders - instead, it shoved all the e-mail into a single inbox.I have 7 e-mail accounts, and I need to be able to see incoming e-mail going directly to the relevant inbox rather than a single inbox. Thus, if one accidentally triggers two reload/refreshes in sequence (or has automatic mail downloads enabled) this causes the unread mails from (an) earlier refresh(es) to be silently deleted and to "disappear", before one has a chance to read them! This happened already a couple of times to me and this is really insane
