BB Bold :: Contact Are Not Being Synchronized From Device To It
Aug 3, 2012
I am trying to synchrinize my contacts fron smart phone to oulook. My device has multiple contact lists. Outlook is synchronizing contacts from unwanted list, I can not give command to synchronize the desire list.
I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 and a few days ago I added a new e-mail account and synchronized my contact list with the e-mail account without realizing it. So I deleted the e-mail account so it would stop synchronizing and it didn't. Today, I deleted a contact from the e-mails contact list through the computer and since then every time I tried to open that entry the contact app freezed. Then I deleted the contact entry and now I cannot add any other contacts.
Calendar enteies from blackberry is not synchronized with outlook, but any changes in outlook calendar is synchronized with blackberry device.
We are using MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry Entriprise Server- 4.1 We have checked from online and got many solution, but its not working.
We have checked cdo.dll version and found different version between Exchange and BES. We have copied from Exchange to BES, registerad cdo.dll, then restart BES services, but unfortunately its not working.
I've noticed we have the option to synchronize web bookmarks and feeds with Ovi Suite 2.How can I see these bookmarks and how can I add new ones, via the PC?
I have E72 and set up my Hotmail account on it. My problem is when I delete my emails via my E72, they will not be deleted from my mail box when I check my account via PC!
I have OVi 3.0.0.290 and X03-02 with V 05.65 software installed. OVI does not synchronize address details like street, postal code, city - they are visible in OVI but not in the phone. All other details are synchronized.
I recently bought an iPhone 4S white, and I have a question.I was synchronized things off my computer to my iPhone and i´ve synchronized all the images off my pc to my iPhone, but that occupies too much space. Now i want to delete that images off my iPhone, but I can't. Can somebody help me?
I have sync of Contacts, Mails etc. with MS Exchange. When I create a new contact on the iPhone, this contact is not synced with the Exchange contacts.
I have over 30 contacts like this and I would like to move them to Exchange. For all new contacts I create via iPhone I would like them to be in Exchange.
My phone is a Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, and today I noticed that I had many photos in my gallery, that were not me who put that thing there. So, I find out that my Xperia Facebook has synchronized all the photos like my profile pictures, wall photos, cover photos and all the new photos that friends put on facebook. So, I went to settings and disable the automatic synchronization, and then went to Apps -> Manage apps -> and found facebook, then I clicked on Erase data (I don't know if is this the name of the menu in english, because I'm using in portuguese) and it prompts me telling that this action were going to erase all the files that were with facebook in my Xperia. But even after that, the photos remain in my SD card, it didn't erase. I really want to delete it, but it's impossible trying to select all the albums because it don't have the Delete option.
Had the Parrot 9100 Bluetooth, the phone book did not synchronize with the Bluetooth! Obviously my Nokia C3 does not support automatic synchronization.
My emails don't synchronized correctly. I mean, I can check my emails in my computer and the new messages are there, but then I go and check my phone and they are not there even if I request new emails. This seems to happen often. I have deleted the account and add it again sometimes so it can sync correctly.
I just upgraded to Blackberry Desktop Software 6.0.0.40 and after i tried to do my first synchronization i noticed that my Calendar is inactive and it says "Not Installed" at the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
On the previous OS 4.6, if I received a new SMS message from someone I didn't have in my contacts list, all I had to do was scroll up to the number, click the menu key, and then select "Add to Contacts" and then I could enter in all of the other pertinent information and save. On OS 5.0, however, I can not scroll up to the contacts number no matter what I do and there appears to be no way to add the number to my contacts without manually adding it or some other round-a-bout way.
I am not a blackberry user and it seems i am stumbling over what i thought would be a simple task.I have a device that has contacts on it and i need to sync the contacts to Outlook. Is it possible to restore bbm contact back up from my previous device? I have switched to Torch 9810 from Bold 2. I have backed up all bbm contacts wirelessly via an email account. The problem is my Torch 9810 crashed (JVM error 545) which had forced me to wipe out the device and load new OS before I back up my bbm contact wirelessly on the new device. I have also backed up to my pc via Blackberry Desktop Software and Blacberry Protect but when I restore it didn't restore BBM contacts only phonebook contact.I thought I can restore using my email on this Torch but no.its also seems to be linked to my PIN number. Thus, when i try to restore using my email it said "no account linked to this email" :-(
Desktop mgr 5.0.1.37.When I connect (via USB) the connection appears to be recognised - clock appears on BB and PC beeps. After a few minutes PC & BB icons appear on BB screen but no interconnecting arrows. When I try to sync there is no device and PIN number showing on Device Mgr so it doesn't sync. Then the Desktop Mgr greys out and appears to freeze - I then have to disconnect the BB to unfreeze.
Device manager shows two RIM virtual serial ports v2 Com 3 & Com 4. If I try to update the drivers it says most up to date are loaded although the drivers are dated 24 Nov 2008 and are version 2.2.0.3 and appear to be called RimSerial_AMD64.sys (I'm using Intel i7 processor).
Devices & Printers screen shows a RIM Composite Device icon. Windows in Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I have jsut bought a Blackberry Curve 8520 and have been having problems with the browser. Every time i click on it to open, it comes up with a message saying "Your device does not currently have any Browser Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device".I have spoken to them twice but they dont seem to know anything as the 2 solutions they have given me do not work!I think my problem lies when i go into Options-Advanced Options-Browser, i have literally nothing in it, whereas my girlfriend has 3 different options.
I have a M540 and I am trying to transfer my contact list to a Yada YD-V22 hands free device. No matter what I have tried I haven't been able to do it. I keep getting stuck on downloading please wait. I have followed the instructions in the Yada manual, and there was no help in the Samsung manual. The device will answer the phone but there is no way I can voice dial from it. I have spent the last couple of hours trying to do this. Any help would be appreciated or the Yada goes back to the store where I bought it. With hands free being the law starting Monday in Ontario I would sure like to get it working.
