Upgraded my iMAC to LION so I could use iCLOUD and since then my Bold will not synch.Upgraded Blackberry Desktop to 2.2 build 17, but still doesn't synch calendar and contacts. Seems like lots of folks are having issues. What is the fix, other than canning the Blackberry for an iphone?

I'm not sure what I did--nstalled 10.7.2, then immediately updated to 10.7.4. Then noticed that my calendar on computer and iphone had all duplicated appointments. I deleted the duplicates on the computer calendar manually one by one. Now when I sync, the calendar from computer is not going to iphone. It acts like it's doing it, reading syncing calendars but it does it so quickly it's obviously not sending any content. It is syncing apps and audio, and other, but not calendar or contacts. Also all my contacts and text messages on the iPhone were deleted. I have the correct boxes checked in the info area of iTunes. It seems to be syncing but when it does so, doesn't recognize any content in Calendar or Contacts.

Since then, each time I try to start the Emails Setup Initialization, it ask me to activate my email accounts. You check the ones who want and it asks you to Verify the email by entering your password what I gladly did multiple times. When I press Verify it simply crash and say it's unable to Verify.Well, I tried to roll back before my upgrade. The rollback worked but didn't solved my problem.

View 1 Replies View RelatedYesterday, I updated the iPhone configuration utility to v 3.5 and I was using the internet via iPhone USB tethering, as soon as the update finished, my iPhone USB tethering stopped working and its not working any more. I am on OS X Lion 10.7.3 using iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1. Now I figured out that running the OS in 32 bit lets me do USB tethering, but in 64 bit the iPhone USB Network Service shows on the right:
"Either the cable for iPhone USB is not plugged in or the device is not responding."
I've tried everything with keeping iTunes running, reinstalling iTunes, re-installing iPhone configuration Utility, but nothing seems to work! I guess the main culprit here is the new iPhone Configuration Utility v 3.5. It is so annoying to see such things breaking existing functionality. It has nothing to do with my Phone, because it works on my other Macbook Pro which I did not update and on my friends Snow Leopard.

I have an iPhone 4s and have it configured to sync with my Outlook 2011(14.2.0) running on Lion (10.7.3) . I see all the email, calendar, and contact items getting synched up with the latest changes. However the Notes that I have in outlook are not getting synched up. I tried configuring it to sync with Outlook 2010 running on Win 7 and everything works fine. I have reset the phone and tried to synch it back with 2011 and see the same problem with Notes. Don't see any updates on the iPhone.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a torch 9800 and after upgrading my calendars no longer sync. I have one calendar that syncs through google sync and another that syncs through my business account (also a google account through a university). I've checked both calendars on google and they're syncing from my computers to the gmail accounts just fine. They're just not syncing from gmail to the blackberry.
I tried downgrading my blackberry to the lowest version of 6.0, but that didnt fix it. I also tried several soft resets.
I am having an issue with my contacts and I believe it started when I upgraded to the official 5.0.0.624 on my Sprint Tour. When I sync the phone with outlook, the only contacts that transfer over are the last few that I added (prob about 10 that I have added since the upgrade). When I try to set up contact shortcuts in Quicklaunch or set up ringers with BeBuzz, only the same 10 or so contacts are recognized. I backed the phone up and was able to pull the contact files out with a program called MagicBerry, so I know they are there but not sure how to fix the issue.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling programs and of course, multiple battery pulls.
iTunes loaded an iOS upgrade today. Now, every sync results in an error, cannot sync calendars to iPhone because an error occurred merging data.

When trying to utilize the Ford SYNC in my new vehicle, the Tour will not download the address book to enable voice call via the phonebook. On talking to the SYNC tech support they indicated I needed the firmware upgraded to version 4.7.130 as a minimum. How can i get the firmware updated? I checked with Verizon support and they only know how to do the standard software upgrades, not firmware.
View 2 Replies View RelatedYesterday I decided to sync my iPhone to a different PC which my husband uses to sync his ipod. Before I sync-ed I upgraded itunes to v10. When I tried to sync however I noticed that the contacts section in the Info tab had nothing in the list (i.e. The title reads "Sync Contacts with " followed by a list but the list is empty) and when I click the Configure button nothing happens. Anyway I checked the option to sync contacts anyway but got an error saying "itunes was unable to load dataclass information from sync services."
Stupidly I then chose to restore my iphone as suggested in the Summary tab and thereby lost all of the contacts on my phone which I of course cannot sync back.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI recently had an error code, 5xx. can't remember now and Storm2 wouldn't start. Connected to DM, pulled cable in & out and was able to reload OS. Already had .607 before. Since then, 2 things are really annoying:
1. DM constantly wants to upgrade / reload to .607 during sync, but I already have it.
2. I cannot find/remember how I removed the "Accept or Decline" options to confirm sync changes. I just want it to do it without asking.
I just upgraded to Gingerbread and can't figure out how to set up Corporate Sync. In Froyo there was a place to enter the mail server URL but that doesn't exist in Gingerbread. Since we have multiple mail servers, I think that entry is required. I've tried every combination of domain, username and password I can think might work but I always get an "invalid login" error.

After the upgrade I still have the MAP option toggles available on Ford Sync setup screens but Sync doesn't display a new text message notification and when I tell it to download existing text messages from the phone it starts to and then displays "downloading error". I've unpaired and paired the Razr Maxx several times without success. One of the primary reasons I bought the Razr Maxx over other phones was because it supported the MAP profile.

I keep getting an error "The password and username you entered did not authenticate with your email provider." I never got this error prior to the Jelly Bean Update. I even changed my password for my aol account and entered the new password in the phone. where the hell did speed dials go.
