May 10, 2012The flash works fine with the camera but doesn't work with any other app using the flash like flashlight or heart rate monitor. I tried downloading different apps or deleting the app and reinstalling rebooting the phone each time but the problem persists. Any suggestions? I upgraded to 5.1.1. The same

BB Bold :: Flash Light Wont Turn Off?
Sep 13, 2012I have a blackberry bold 9780 and starting today the light on the back of the phone also used as the flash for the camera or used as a flashlight for the phone will NOT turn off. I have tried turning the flash off of the camera (going to options), taking the battery out for a few minutes and turning my phone back on.

Sep 29, 2012My Blackberry Wont turn on the red light doesn't come on and it doesnt connect to the computer. I have no clue is if takes charge because when i plug it in and leave it, there are no signs of it charging. I have tried changing the battery didnt work I tried plugging it on to the wall take out the battery put it back on and hold it end call button for 15 seconds and that didnt work either.

Apr 7, 2012had it in my pocket whislt I was walking round, and when I sat down at a restaurant and looked at it, and it was almost like the phone had just died, but the screen didn't light up and the LED didn't flash. I charged it up fully the night before and i know that when the battery is flat it flashes yellow, but it was doing nothing.When I got home i tried charging it, but nothing and then I plugged it into my laptop to try a retrive all of my stuff on there but again nothing!

Mar 24, 2010This is my 4th BB and while I'm not a pro, I would like to think I know a little. I have not been able to find a flash option anywhere on this phone! I just upgraded from the 8330 Curve, to this one and so far I am highly disappointed!My friend who has an iPhone said BB is trying to be more like it. From the layout of the texts to the options. It's frustrating! If I wanted an iPhone, I would have bought one...I like the BB for the features it has not for being like the iPhone.Sorry, I got a bit rant-y but I cannot believe this new version doesn't have a flash. Hope I'm overlooking something!

May 13, 2012My battery went too low for radio use last night, so i put it on charge when i got home. My charger is broken so it needs to be in a certain position to charge. Dec 15, 2012A few days ago I stupidly dropped my xperia play in the bath. I let it dry out and place in rice in a sealed container for a few days to dry it out. However when I now power the phone up the camera flash light stays on and will not switch off even going into the camera settings and turning it off. I done the software repair download from the sony website but it hasn't helped.I also purchased a new battery as well. I am guessing it's going to need repaired but I thought I ask on here if anyone has ideas as to what would be causing the problem.
