View 7 RepliesI don't know When but my BB Bold 9900 doesn't let me use the app world, I have 10 updates and every time I click on it it says "there is an issue with the current session. Please login to continue. (Error Id: 30702)". When I first saw it I was like ok. So I clicked on My World to sign in and it said it again, I don't know what to do.

View 1 Replies View RelatedJust got the new 9700 and everything works except the app world. Personal email works, blackberry messenger works, just not the app world. I downloaded it and i get an error message which is as follows (upgrade your service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilties at BlackBerry App World. Contact your service provider for more details). I have the blackberry personal plan, I can browse the internet, but the app world still wont work. I know its not a location issue because my coworker has the Bold 9000 and the same plan as me and his works fine. I have also tried unistalling and reinstalling the app, hard shock etc etc. So what the heck is the issue.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am having two issues on my blackberry curve......I have three e-mails of my phone that I cannot delete....they are from my google account and have tried a hard reset several times and have made sure they are deleted from my actual gmail account with no luck. The other issue is I cannot download apps on my blackberry keep getting error message 30702 saying I need to log in to my account but unable to log into this account!

Well i have had my phone for months and not one time have i been able to access my app world from my phone i continually receive and error message after i input my log in information in. View 1 Replies View RelatedMy app world is not working.it is like stuck when i click on the App world.I am using a BES+BIS account and there is no restriction to open app world on BES.My app world used to work perfectly fine.Once after i wiped date and reconfigured my BES it worked for some time and this issue started.Now also if i am not using BES and try use appworld on a fresh or wiped BB,it works fine.As soon as i configure BES it works for some time and then this issue starts...My BB Team even deleted my BB BES account and created a new one,still this happens.
To add to the issue..i had the issue of battery draining when i activate my BES with 3 different device..when my account was deleted and a new one was created,the battery draining issue was solved(seems like some corrupt database,havenot got any credible reason from anyone)...
I recently upgraded my Bold 9700 from OS 5 to 6. I managed to resolve most of the issues associated with the upgrade, but one that I'm still struggling with is the App World. When I go to My World it keeps saying that I need a Blackberry Identity upgrade. I did install it yesterday, or that's what it said yesterday, that is was installed succesfully. But now it asks the same questions agin. I had a lot of trouble to install that. At first it did not want to install at all, but I read on another thread on this forum that I should change the TCP/IP settings APN type to Internet. The error I got then was 80003. The solution seemed to work because the installation completed. but now it asks again to update the identity.
View 3 Replies View RelatedHave had the Bold for a couple yrs. Was missing App World icon for a while, then upgraded to the latest OS. Had the icon back for about a week, then it disappeared again. Battery pull doesn't help.The camera stopped working before the OS upgrade, and still doesn't work even after that. When I try to open it, I see the controls at the bottom of the screen for a while, it sits for a few minutes, then I get an error message "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again." This happens even when I've closed everything else. Battery pull doesn't help this either.Tried the Device Self Test & the camera failed.

View 1 Replies View Relatedregarding my BB Bold 9900. Recently, my phone has been unable to use bb app world, and it tells me that there is an error id of 40820. My facebook app only loads once in a long while, and my ubersocial app does not load at all. Nevertheless, the web browser and bbm is working fine. My Whatsapp is lagging.
I have used the soft and hard reboots but to no avail.
When I try to download or upgrade from app world or anywhere else, I see ' an error has occurred, try later'. I have about 235Mb memory space. Have tried hard rebooting, downloading during less dense network periods but in vain.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI got my Blackberry Bold 9900 yesturday from a friend that used it like 2 weeks in the UK (he bought it from T-mobile UK) and now is its 2nd day since im using it here in Bulgaria. The calls are working just fine but when I connected it to the PC i got that App World Web Plugin Error. I downloaded and installed the plug in and when I tryed to install WhatsApp and conncted the phone that error showed up. Here is the more detailed issue overview :An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again. So I tryed to restart the phone checked multiple times if the encryption is off ( IT IS !) disabled the PC's AV program and pretty much everything else what i could think of with no effect at all. Still same error shows up at the exact same stage.
View 1 Replies View RelatedHere's an anomaly for ya. Whenever I browse the BlackBerry app catalog via my computer and click the "get this app" link, I get the email with the link attached no problem. Then I click on the link which prompts the Bberry browser. However, when I go to click the link that says "open in BlackBerry App World", the loading bar will appear on the bottom of the browser for a second and then....nothing happens.
So I checked all my permissions for the browser to ensure that everything is checked off (which it is). So I'm pretty sure that nothing is being inadvertantly blocked.
I keep getting that error when I try and download anything from the blackberry app store. I have tried deleted the app world app and installing it again from my phone or installing it from my computer but I still get the same problem and its quite annoying as well. My phone software version is 7.0 bundle 2406 (v7.0.0.585,Platform 5.0.0.734)

I have no connection on blackberry app World or any of the blackberry apps or my e-mail, I can use MEdia net browser to connect to the internet it works fine, I can us Wi-Fi and everything work fine. Myspace or Facebook or any apps don't work unless i use my home Wi-Fi. I talk to AT&T and they said my internet was working fine.
My app world on the 9780 has not been working. First it would ask me to login after which it would just show me my details and not download. After downloading the application again it just tells me, "An error has occurred. Please try again later. This has been going on for four days now.

I can sign in to BB App World but when I select > My World I get the Error Message: "APP World Web Plugin Error - An Error has occurred communicating with the BB App World Client." I am connecting my 9900 in order to sync my apps with App World following a security wipe to resolve the BB ID Issue with OS7.( The security wipe does resolve the BB ID issue).
