I have turned the phone off, removed battery and sim, putting it back, turning it on sevevarlly and it will still appear after it turned on with a white backgroung. Honestly, this is driving me nut and i need to get my phone back.

Feb 20, 2010I pulled my phone out of my pocket today and had a white screen with "JVM Error 545" on the screen with "Reset" under that. I've clicked reset I've done battery pulls and it just keeps going to that same screen.
From what I've read I need to re-install my OS, but I've only got a Mac and I don't think I can install OSs from a Mac.I've tried plugging it into my computer and it automatically brings up the Desktop Manager, but it doesn't ever make a connection to the phone. I don't see a way out of this...

Aug 25, 2011This morning my Blackberry Bold has a white screen saying "App Error 523 Reset" I have done a lot of google searches this morning regarding this and my biggest worry is that I have loads of pictures of my newborn baby on this phone that I never saved to sim, and I will be devastated to lose them.Is there ANY WAY at all that these pictures can be saved? At the moment the phone is just on a loop. It starts up, shows the main screen,comes up with an error, loads security software then goes to the white screen with the above message.Will just be so gutted to have lost the pictures. Jun 25, 2011My Torch yesterday evening just cut off from a call, switched itself off, come back on again with a white screen saying ''App Error 606 - Reset''. Everytime I reset it or take the battery out it reloads and the same message appears.
I have tried the following Program Files>Common Files>Research in Motion>App Loader>Loader but then when I do these steps (as advised from another forum) I get the message saying it has failed to locate any files but sometimes it goes to the next screen with my list of Application Names with a tick next to them all then I click finish and straight away without any loading bars or anything like that it says ''Successfully updated your software''. I then unplug the USB, reload the Torch and same error message comes up again!!!
I have also tried downloading the Blackberry Swiss Army Knife from from bbsak.org but I get a message from that saying ''Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) [URL].. on line 6'' even though my computer has space.
I just dont know what to do now. Im looking for a step by step guide to fix this problem (bare in mind I am quite new to computers so please use as basic language/steps as possible in helping me please - no fancy words I'll just get totally lost).
