While holding Power, Vol Up and Vol simultaneous down, for 2 minutes or nothing happens. After 10 minutes charge. It did not work. I hold the buttons, htc one is restarting.
Already tried to delete batterystatus.bin (data/system/) nothing happens. Applications used to calibrate the battery and unsuccessful.
HTC one m7, 6 months of use. I've tested many cables, original and other brands. I performed factory reset, original rom.
I have got blackberry bold 9780, received (not draft) SMS text after while turn to green icon and they are not readable.

I even let the battery drain completely, and it remained on. Also, the other indicator lights, do not seem to be working. Once it turnsback on, it will immediately turn back off, and restart the process atleast 2-3 times. This is a nuisance because it happens many times a day. Sometimes it turns off while I am using it, and sometimes when i remove it from the cover(holster), i find that it is turned off. the auto on/off feature is not enabled. this problem was very rare earlier, but since last few days, it turns off many times a day. I have had a terrible experience with my bold 9900 bought 3 months ago.It keeps restarting and sometimes turns off at random or will turn off while calling, fb or texting.It had gone through 20 days of warranty repair done by Brightstar Malaysia but when it was returned to me yesterday it still had this problem. They claimed the phone had been sent to SIngapore for warranty repair. But from the look of it, nothing has been done properly and I am very disappointed.Does anyone here experience the same issues as I have? I am very tempted to write to RIM's CEO as this is the top of the range BB and it still doesn't reall work as it should. My calls for a replacement phone has not been entertained but I guess they would still want to repair it and it will be another 20 working days sent Singapore which I highly doubt their professionalism.

Now its resets by itself several times a day, and every time . Turns off, and then you can see the white blackberry line loading, and then turns on.. after a while it will do it again. I update the version and everything and nothings works.

I've tried searching for a thread like this but haven't found any.My 9700 just randomly "rebooted" this morning, where the screen goes black and the red led light turns on for a couple of seconds. This has happened to me before on my old 9000, where after it would then start up again. Nearing the time when I replaced it, it would do it quite frequently (and to think it just started getting really bad AFTER the 1 year warranty on it expired!). So back to the 9700, the progress bar that comes up when you're starting up the device would then come up, and sometimes load for about half an inch, sometimes only up to an eighth, before the whole thing would start again - the screen would turn black, the red led turns on, and the progress bar would come up again.I pulling the battery out for a few minutes and putting it back in but its still doing it. I then pulled it out for about an hour and its still doing it again.

View 2 Replies View RelatedOur company was able to receive the new Bold 9900 but it seems there is an issue with activating wifi on the device. Have tried turning on Wifi, but it attempts scanning for networks then eventually fails and turns wifi off. It doesn't even list any active access points. Doing a battery pull and reset the device to factory defaults does not seem to do the trick. I am thinking it could be a defective device or perhaps a software issue.

Still no charge, but this time, at least the charging light came on for a very short time. Since I have very small crack in the screen, they say the warranty is voided. I have done battery pull and attempted to reload the applications as per someone else's suggestiong *when i press finish at the last step and it begins to download JVM and system software and completes that and a check mark appears next to it but when it goes to the next step which is "Wait for device initilization" it doesnt complete the reconnecting to JVM part and an error pops up reading "Application Loader was unable to connect with your device. Please re-connect your device, enter the password, if required, and retry" no matter how many times iļ»æ try this it doesnt work.
I am at a loss of what to do. I've had the blackberry since early november and this happened once before and the battery pull solved it.
I bought my BB Bold 9900 10 months ago and I never had problems charging my device. But just the other day, when i got home and charged it, when i woke up, Led - RED light blinking and wont turn on. I used a different charger ( brand new) but still the same. I tried connecting it to my laptop to charge but still, no good. BB desktop says that device was not connected (obviously since it has no power). I searched online and tried the "kickstart" they're saying where in I have to charge my phone for 2 hrs and remove battery for 10 mins and put the battery back and wait for another 2 hrs - still no good . Although when i tried that, I saw the charging icon for a few secs during the first 2 hrs but didnt see it again.
Has anyone got a suggestion? Would you know if I need to replace my battery or have this fixed? We dont have BB service center here in the Phillipines. Dealer would normally send the device to Singapore to have it checked/fixed. I cant afford not to have my phone because of my job and I have files stored in it..<sigh>
my bold 9900 screen will only work when on charge.when unplugged it freezes,goes dull and wont respond.if you plug it back in it still does not work. it wont turn off.if you leave it to go flat or remove battery then plug it in it turns on again!
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have had my 9900 for just over a year after upgrade from a 9000. I loved the phone until two weeks ago I did a upgrade to Blackberry Appworld. Once the upgrade completed it asked for a restart and then the phone became a brick. It would not restart and the red light just flashes. After contacting support and following suggestions to try and make the phone connect to the desktop software without success I took the phone back to Rogers who sent it away to the repair shop. The result... not able to be repaired. Somehow this is now the customers problem because something that no one can identify went wrong with the software upgrade process. No support from Blackberry just what Rogers has to offer which is that I can do an early upgrade to another phone for more money.

The red light simply shows for about 20 seconds and that is it. I have tried pulling the battery but when I replace the battery it just shows the red light once again for about 20 seconds and the screen remains black.
