View 1 Replies View RelatedI found there is a very little tiny white dot that I doubt might be a dead pixel on my iphone 4s screen. It hard to notice only when the screen turns totally black such as power off and on the iPhone. I've just bought my iPhone 4s January from the Yoobee and I covered the screen with protective film once I had bought the phone. Do I really need to get a replacement?

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter my blackberry loads completely it has the rogers symbol that shows up after it loads the OS. The screen then fades to completely white. There is nothing on the screen and the backlight is white and never turns off. I tried battery pull number of times. This usually occurs after I start listening to internet radio. It gets fixed when I plug it into my computer last time but Im at work right now and this thing is getting annoying because I can't use my phone.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI am having the same issue as covered in lots of threads before. when i try to turn my phone on (pluged in to the wall charger) it just shows the red led for about 10 seconds and switched to white screen with battery thunder bolt symbol in the middle for abotu 10 seconds and then it repeats over and over again. but my phone does something ive never seen talked abotu on here.
When my red led is on the phone is making this weird noise. kinda sounds like fan comin from the phone. and itll only make the noise on the second time around. any suggestion on the noise and what i can do???? i have gotten a new battery, tried the battery pull, and ive waited 2 days and tried again no luck.
my friend was trying to charge his bold and it was charging but then he got the white screen with the loading clock in the middle, then it shut off and it wont turn back on whatsoever..
View 7 Replies View RelatedThere seems to be a problem with my blackberry or my blackberry's screen.
Sometimes when I click any of the buttons to wake up my screen to check if I have messages/make a call or what have you...
1. The screen is black white and stays that way for a few seconds before reverting to the normal screen.
2. The screen is covered in static similar to a television except it isn't moving, and the pixels are red, yellow and blue. This either fixes itself after I unlock the phone, or it only fixes the part of the screen where the box that says "keypad is locked" is usually located, and then goes back to normal once I press another button. This happens sometimes even if the phone isn't locked, and if I have a text message open I can roll the type cursor back and forth and that part of the screen will be fixed again.
3. The screen is white, but the red/blue/yellow pixels wash across the screen from left to right, and once I press a button it fixes itself.
It's a Blackberry Bold 9000, only one year and one month old, and at&t is my provider. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but the problem seems to have started around the time I put a memory card in it.
I have tried taking the battery out of the phone and putting it back in. Nothing changes.
I have been reading some other posts on this board that seem to be close to my problem but nothing seems to be working. My phone was fully charged sitting in the charger all night as per norm, but when I woke up I hade a frozen white screen so I pulled the battery for over 2 min's then put it back in the red LED was constant for 15-20 seconds then off. I have tried charging it and tried putting on a new OS but as soon as I plug any USB in the phone the LED will go off and will not be recognised by my laptop nor will I get any charging LED.
View 7 Replies View RelatedMy admittedly very old Blackberry Bold 9000 has turned itself off and won't turn on past the white loading screen. It has a constant red light on with a black screen. The red light will disappear and the screen will go white and show the black timer box thingy for a minute or so like it is about to load then the process will repeat. It's been doing this since last night. I've finally admitted its time to upgrade and have ordered a new handset but would like to boot this up even if it is only to transfer current information.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently did a software update on my Blackberry Bold 9000 when prompted by my desktop manager to do so. After the update the phone began running slowly. I then delete a couple applications off the phone such as Myspace and Facebook to free some memory. Then phone had to be rebooted to complete deletion. After reboot, the phone screen turned white and froze. To unfreeze I had to remove the battery. When I put the battery back in, it would not turn on anymore. Could the update have fried the phone altogether?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am using my new HTC One X since last wednesday. The reason of writing is here that i wanted to have a tiny message font for my messages as the small font of message section is even too big as my messages can be read easily by anyone who is sitting with me.

I have a Bold 9000 that started out with the original Rogers operating system some time in 2008. I've upgraded it through various 4.6 (or is it 4.7?) OS versions and I'm now on 5.0.0.662 (I haven't gone to .681 yet mostly because I keep forgetting). On every single version of 5.0 I've tried (Wind, Azercell, etc) I have run into two problems.
1. The camera takes pictures that are way too bright when using the flash. It's like it doesn't reduce the exposure time when the flash is on - almost every flash picture is totally white. This happens in auto flash and when you force the flash on. Pictures without the flash work the way you'd expect them to.
2. I can't snooze the alarm using a side key while it's in the holster any more. The alarm ringtone starts playing, I press the volume up or down key while the phone is still in the holster. On OS 4.6, this would cause the alarm to snooze for ten minutes. On OS 5.0 it just restarts the alarm sound! Totally pointless. This is especially annoying for me as I need to take pills on a 12 hour basis and so I have alarms going off at least twice a day, every day.
How do I change the voice mail greeting message on my BB 9000 Bold??

View 1 Replies View RelatedA few weeks ago, my Blackberry got an error 507 screen overnight and I had to wipe the device. I am currently using the latest release of 5.0 and last night my phone was working fine. When I woke up this morning, my screen had the "App error 205" message on it. That is two failures in one month now and I have to go to work in a few minutes so I won't even have time to wipe my device to at least have a working phone for the day. Does anyone have an idea why this junk keeps happening?
