My bb calendar has been deleting events recently, I will add them to the calendar and it will be there for a few days. After a couple of days, I will go back and check it, when I go to check it, amazingly it is gone. I do sync with google calendar using googlesync, but the entries are on the google calendar, just not on the bb calendar. I am using 5.xx411 vodafone release.

I enter events into my BB calender such as "santa run 9am" on saturday december 8th and a couple hours later it deletes itself - it does this for every event I enter.?

I have multiple email address set up on my BB, and then use the BB calendar to keep all of these different calendars in one spot. It also allows me to have a color coded system in my calendar (work is one color, personal is one, etc), see the picture.This is probably the place where I'm different than others, I started keeping it on the BB before setting up my outlook calendar, yahoo calendar, or either of my google calendars. Is there a way to sync from the phone to the other calendars without ending up deleting my BB calendar inputs or ending up with duplicates or ending up with all of the events under one calendar.I hope that makes sense. I'm using BIS and OS 4.6.0.304 if that matters.

I am not syncing with my computer or doing anything except entering information directly on the calendar using my phone. Now I have lost all doctor appointments, work schedule etc. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can prevent it? I can't find the answer doing a google search.

I am new to Blackberry desktop manager for mac. It is all set up and first sync is done without a problem. Now when I try to sync, I get a message that over 600 of my past calendar items will be deleted if I continue with sync. I need to keep previous calendar items, is there a way to solve this problem and not delete past events? I am sorry for asking this question, I am just new and very unsure of what I am doing. I had used missing sync before, but when my blackberry had to be replaced, new blackberry wouldn't work so I wanted to try desktop manager.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just switched from the default Samsung calendar app to the Google Calendar app. Events from my primary Google calendar, "Personal", appear on the Google Calendar app on my S5, but the calendar itself doesn't appear as an option when creating new events or in the Settings page. As a result, I can see all of my events that I enter via my PC browser (correctly under the label "Personal"), but I cannot add new events from my phone to that specific calendar. My other, less frequently used Gmail calendars (Birthdays, work, a few shared calendars) appear.

I recently took over my office Bold 9000 for personal use. After some initial hassle, the vodafone shop managed to crack it open (metaphorically) for internet access and my AIM account, so I now get my emails. But I can't find any way to access my aol calendar. Have downloaded funambol but haven't found a way or running it on my handset , which has no discernible apps function.

I can add an event, save it and it shows on the phone. When gsync refreshes it will send it to the phone, but after about 45 mins to an hour the event is gone from my bb calendar but is still on google calendar.Anybody else having this issue, and please if any suggestions please let me know. here is my specs.

I'm using the Bold 9000 with ATT's latest OS, 4.6x. Twice in the last 2 weeks all of my past calendar items - over 1000 - were deleted on my Blackberry. Both times I discovered this when I started a synch with Outlook on my laptop and BB Desktop Software wanted to delete all 1000+ past appts. from Outlook. That would have been a disaster.
This has never happened before and I haven't changed any settings. Calendar is still set to keep all appointments forever.
Is there somewhere else in my Blackberry settings I should be looking to find the source of this problem?
I accidentally synced with 'overwrite' clicked. I thought it would 'overwrite' all entries, but instead, it added all the entries so all of my entries are listed twice. How can I clear all of the entries on the blackberry bold and then resync with my computer to restore them?

No matter what I do, when I sync the first round of results will show that most of my Outlook entries will be deleted. When I then choose Resync it does the sync correctly. I have deleted my BB calander and resynced by xferring all Outlook items to the device - sync again and the same problem occurs. All I want to do is a simple sync of all items both ways but somehow I cannot get it right. Any advise? Thx a lot

So I sync with my PC via USB cable. Everything seems to be working fine, apart from the calendar. View 4 Replies View RelatedThis is really bothering me.I have a yahoo mail account set up on my phone - It has been on there for over a year - it has always worked this way - If I get an email (the phone goes "bing") and i read it on the computer - and responded and delete it on the computer it would be removed from the phone the next time i looked. Recently I began noticing that the message is not being delated from the phone if I delete it from the mailbox, and I can't figure out why.
Basically I want to be able to read the message on the computer and hit delete and for it do the same thing on my blackberry and vise versa. Now it seems to work if I delete the message on the BB then it will not be in the Mailbox on the computer.
I need to add events/appointment/etc to the calendar.
