I bought one HS 700 bluetooth headset 1 year ago and it worked superbly. After one year, suddenly one day after charging, the audio went off. The bluetooth is getting connected and even making calls, other person is able to hear my voive but i get no audio on my headset. Even when the headset is turned on and is connected to a device, no audio comes from headpiece.
View 4 RepliesFor the last day and a half I've been unable to use my BH-103 Bluetooth earplugs, as the volume is very low. I can hear the content in a quiet room, but not in public or when moving about.
My wired earplugs and another Bluetooth headset have normal volume levels.
What can I check or change. I've powered the unit off overnite while charging, and I've cycled the power (off then on) countless times.
I bought a new HS-500, and having Bold 9700. I can make and receive calls using HS-500 but can't listen my audio files through HS-500?? Isn't HS-500 compatible with 9700 for audio files?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have just installed a CK-100 into a vehicle. Connected to an iphone 4 via Bluetooth. Music audio is outputted through the RCA sockets into the AUX in of my stereo. Every 10 minutes or so of playing music there is high pitched noise which comes over the top of the audio. Lasts about 20 seconds and then the audio is OK again. Has anyone had this problem? Both latest firmware's.

- Paired the devices.
- Entered the code given by the audio unit.
- Confirmed that they were connected.
The blackberry asked if I wanted the phone to connect automatically to the unit (So I don't have to go through the process of waiting for, and accepting a connection on the phone. Drove to the garage to get fuel and turned off the engine. Got back in the car started up and drove off. At this point the phone should have connected automatically like my old Nokia. No sign of it doing so. On stopping I looked at the phone and it was asking to accept a connection from Ford Audio. This is not automatic connecting. Automatic connecting is the phone linking up itself as soon as I get in and switch the radio unit on. So why hasn't this worked?
I was about to buy an in-car charger for my 9630. Since i have an in-car usb port, I;m wondering if I can just get a USB to microUSB cable, connect the phone to the car, and get a charge.

But when I connect it to PB nothing happens, the screen lights up, but the battery is not charging. I think the problem is not because of not enough amps, it's more than original wall charger.But I have no idea what's the problem... Is it too much amps and PB, instead of using just what's needed, will just disconnect the charger at all?

I charged it overnight and still red light. The manual says charging should only be around 1 hr 15 mins and light should turn green but it did happen on my case. The exact charger model no. that comes with the package is AC-5E though the manual says AC-4, AC5, DC-4.

But now, I plugged it in the charger and the red light doesn't turn on anymore. I tried a different nokia charger but still, it doesn't work. The chargers that I tried worked on my phone though.Whenever the headset is charged, it's settings on its connectivity resets, so everytime i charge it, i need to reconnect the bluetooth of my phone. I've tried connecting it to 2 different chargers, but my phone still isn't showing the red light at the top, like it should when it's charging. I've also tried holding the power button and volume down, power button and volume up button to see if that would work, but it didn't. Will my phone every turn on again? i tried searching the forum and the closest similar issue I could find was one on a Storm that was stuck in headset mode. I also tried the cut off qtip cleaning method in the headset port with no luck.I haven't had the chance to try through the factory headphones (lost it) or a bluetooth setup but so far all seems that it would work. When using normal headphones (no mic) I can hear my side of a phone call just fine.
I bought a Nokia C6 recently and I'm facing some problem with video clips I took. The image suddenly freeze and the audio keeps running. I have updated the firmware to the latest and also reset my phone by unplugging battery, but Its still the same. And the worst of it, it becoming more frequent day by day. Now its not just freeze in the middle of the video clip, after I click stop recording it keep on shooting 5 to 10 sec with just blank image.

It worked flawlessly with my Droid2, but with the Razr M, there is noise when music is not playing. When music is playing, even with a very quiet passage, there is no noise. It is only when the music app is not sourcing music (I can't remember if there is noise if the music is just paused). When sitting at the home screen with no music app running, there is definitely noise. The noise I'm hearing sounds like CPU noise...digital interference noise. But, car electircal noise must also be coming through the charging circuit. I do not have any issue while charging on AC power.

My N8 suddenly hung up and suddenly deleted all of my homescreens. It would have been okay for me to set all three screens back to their original configuration but unfortunately, I can't edit the main homescreen. I can edit the two additional screens but NOT the main (1st) homescreen. It just says homescreen is full! Last thing I installed was the Xmas theme Rugge from the Nokia store.

Sometimes the audio will work fine (notice this more when I'm on WiFi) but sometimes, in all apps (snapchat, facebook, regular gallery view) the video will play but the audio will cut in and out.
Not sure what it is. Phone is rooted (systemless) and is running the EX Kernel. I didn't mess with the audio settings in the EX Manager...
This is a huge issue for me as I spend a lot of time on Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube (I'm a vlogger, etc.).
