Mar 12, 2011I have just bought the unit yesterday. I tried to charge it and saw the red light as the manual says but 3 hours have passed and still red light. I charged it overnight and still red light. The manual says charging should only be around 1 hr 15 mins and light should turn green but it did happen on my case. The exact charger model no. that comes with the package is AC-5E though the manual says AC-4, AC5, DC-4.

Feb 11, 2012So I've bought a Nokia 503 bluetooth headset 1 month ago. I've charged it several times since I really use it a lot and haven't dropped it since then. But now, I plugged it in the charger and the red light doesn't turn on anymore. I tried a different nokia charger but still, it doesn't work. The chargers that I tried worked on my phone though.Whenever the headset is charged, it's settings on its connectivity resets, so everytime i charge it, i need to reconnect the bluetooth of my phone. So, I tried if the settings reset, but unfortunately, it didn't,. so my bluetooth headset really is not charging anymore.

I had had same problem with Nokia 5800 when I had old firmware on ck-300, but after upgrade firmware to version 1.6 everything worked correct. Now problem back for HTC Legend.

Jan 11, 2012Every time I try to connect my iPad to the Play 360, the first several times the iPad states "connected" but the Play 360 suddenly powers off. I hold the power button to reboot the speaker, put it into pairing mode, and it happens again. I have "forgotton this device" on the iPad, but that didn't solve the problem. After between four and twelve cycles of the above, the Play 360 and iPad connect, and it functions well. The iPad is with the latest software. The problem occurs whether the Play 360 is connected to a power source or not.

Feb 4, 2012When I play music with my play 360 the bluetooth button starts to make noise, it rattles against its housing.It even does it with the start up sound, it is very anoying becouse I payed alot of money for this speaker, and this noise just ruins the music.
The only way to stop it is to put something against the button, to obstruct it from moving.Do other users experience the same? and what sould I do, contact nokia? contact the place where I bought it? or does every play 360 have it?

May 3, 2012I have a BH-111 that I can't seem to switch off. I have been using it for about 2 months without issue. Earlier this week I let it drain down totally and recharged it fully overnight. Today when I tried to turn it off following my daily commute to work, it refuses to turn off. The usual holding the power button untl the light turns red works, but the BH-111 then flickers and shows the green light continuously again.
After checking the manual on nokia.com there doesn't appear to be a reset.
how to get it to turn off, or is it faulty and in need of a return?
