Maybe this was posted already but i couldn't find it so here goes.My phone was turned off for like 2 weeks,and then i charged it and tried to start it it vibrated(like usual),the nokia blue letter logo showed and then it just stopped,the keyboard lights didn't light on and it just kept showing the logo.After 2 minutes the logo dispeard and the screen was white and only white.

As usual I was browsing in my laptop with the phone connected in Nokia suite mode, I noticed that 14.87; a new version is available.. With all the excitement I installed it and was happy. A new option is available to set the backlight brightness. But I'm wondering how they have missed out this flaw! if we open the Nokia music player, it hangs...! Just before this update, it was playing smoothly...! At this moment, how will i able to revert back to my previous firmware...!

View 3 Replies View Relatedi have a nokia 5130-c2 xm for about a year and a half but i only used it for about 11 months but the other months it went for repairs 3 times. 1st time it displayed a massage "contact service"(needed a firmware upgrade from version 6.6). 2nd & 3rd time it never wanted to boot like when windows on your pc never loaded. Now the 4th time is near, not even a month has passed since i went to collect my repaired phone. Would you say the device its self is faulty or just the firmware. Now my Nokia phone working slowly whenever I play the music and headset sound increasing if I attend the call through headset and hearing music simultaneously. What's the problem? The Nokia headset sound is too low when attending calls through headset? I can't hear voice while driving. My headset warranty period also finished. Is this headset problem or Nokia problem?
