Nov 9, 2012I downloaded the Facebook chat app in Nokia store. It worked once but then it stopped working, it authenticates my account but then there reads wait please and in a while it reports that login failed with current settings

May 12, 2012On my Asha 302 the bottom half of the keyboard is hardly lit up and difficult to see. Only the top 2 rows are appropriately lit up, the bottom 2 rows are almost dark. Is this a general design flaw or an issue with my phone.

Oct 12, 2012whenever I try to open internet through wifi..it shows me error of no network coverage and later it shows "mobile data connection to internet has been turned off.Go to settings> connectivity>mobile data to turn it on back. Means, in my cell now internet browsing is only possible when mobile data is turn on.

I tried a couple of times by using the Ovi PC Suite, but it resulted each time in error 12014 (backup of phone succeeded, but update not). Then I switched to Nokia Software Updater (also on PC) which seemed to work great. However, now the media key is not working anymore.

Means I can do google searches but unable login to my facebook account. I try so many times to enter values to the fileds there in the Facebook page but its not taking anything. I tried for factory reset but no good news, its still the same thing is happening.
Then i installed a Java based facebook application, but its unable to the internet connection. I have checked all the connection settings and application access properties but couldnt get the solution.

Jul 19, 2012I purchased Asha 302 about 20 days ago and while going through the features when I recorded some voice using voice recorded output was distorted, I contacted Nokia support through email and was told to restore factory setting. After doing the same I recorded and played AMR file it was fine but as soon as I received a call and then I checked the same recorded AMR file it was againt distorted. I reported same to Nokia support and was told to contact Nokia Care Centre which I visited yesterday there NCC people re-installed the software/OS but the problem persists. I was told that phone has to be sent back to company. I am having another Nokia C2 phone which is fine and no such problem there in that model.

May 12, 2012Is it possible to use the contact sync with the Asha phones (302, 303, 200, 201, 300, etc.)? I am unable to see the option and under synchronisation and backup I am being asked to enter server details etc. which I don't have.
On my other Nokia phones (S60 or S^3) they all have a Contact Sync functionality.
