I h've bought a asha 311 abt a fortnight ago. Everything was fine till the Facebook app stopped working abruptly. Did reset all but to no effect. Cant even download it from net. Showing invalid app.

Means, in my cell now internet browsing is only possible when mobile data is turn on.

I tried a couple of times by using the Ovi PC Suite, but it resulted each time in error 12014 (backup of phone succeeded, but update not). Means I can do google searches but unable login to my facebook account. I try so many times to enter values to the fileds there in the Facebook page but its not taking anything. I can log into my account but I cannot use it. I've seen many people complaining about this same error with other apps, but I couldn't solve my problem. View 2 Replies View RelatedI purchased Asha 302 about 20 days ago and while going through the features when I recorded some voice using voice recorded output was distorted, I contacted Nokia support through email and was told to restore factory setting. After doing the same I recorded and played AMR file it was fine but as soon as I received a call and then I checked the same recorded AMR file it was againt distorted. I reported same to Nokia support and was told to contact Nokia Care Centre which I visited yesterday there NCC people re-installed the software/OS but the problem persists. I was told that phone has to be sent back to company. I am having another Nokia C2 phone which is fine and no such problem there in that model.

On my other Nokia phones (S60 or S^3) they all have a Contact Sync functionality.
