I have Xperia mini android phone. If i surf web more than 30 minitues, it battery and other parts tempreture increase more than 40C. So are there any solution for that. At that time if i press app short cuts nothing happen, acctually phone not respond any tap.

Every time I charge the phone, the battery gets low very quickly, even when it's not in use. Example, last night before going to sleep the battery was charged to 60%, but when I woke up. It was nearly 20%.... why is it so? I only charge my phone via the USB cable on my laptop. Is it harmful for the battery life?

And then I put it into Charge in half an hour the battery gets fully charged. I don't understand how it possible. I am really fed up with this newly installed Android OS 4.0 ICS. Even when I am not using the phone, the battery is draining very fast, upon checking I see that Android OS used up atleaset 50% when on Idel and it has a Keep awake of over 9 hrs in a total period of 10 Hrs. I do not have any apps running. I just have Trillian on which is a chat app. It also has Push messaging. It reset my phone to factory defaults even today but same thing. I also do not have Wifi or Bluetooth on. Main question is what can I do to increase the battery life from 100% to 0 % in less than 12 hrs.

After upgrading my xperia z2 to latest firmware I noticed that the mobile temperature is very high (Getting a lot of alerts via Clean Master and 3rd party apps). Also I noticed that the screen has a print I think its due to high temperature ! I don't know what I have to do!

Not sure if there is a formal way to submit issues (I did not see one) however I have a Z3 Dual that is on 23.0.1.F.0.96 and the temperature format does not stick. I have set it to Fahrenheit countless times and the next time I go into the calendar it is back to Celsius. If there is not a formal bug submittal process it would sure be nice so that issues like these can be resolved...

View 3 Replies View RelatedNever had a problem until last night when the ringer volume began to automatically increases on its own.If I turn it down you can watch it immediately increase itself back to full volume and then it will continually chirp that its at full volume. It's like the side button is stuck but it isn't.I can power off the phone and even pull the battery and reboot and it will be fine for a short while and then the problem will begin again.

After reading this forum, I have done all the necessary "tricks" to try and limit the battery draining, including:
-Resetting all settings.
-Rebooting the phone.
-Putting the screen brightness down to half.
-Stopping my emails pushing (now only fetch every hour).
-Turning off Background App Refresh.
-Only making iCloud back up Contacts, Calendars and Photos. Â
I have fully charged my phone and have nothing in the background, yet after 5 minutes my usage had upped by 2 minutes and my standby upped by 5 minutes.
I didn't do anything with the phone but 1 text message came through.Â
Sometimes my phone will go all the way down quite quickly to something like 30% but when I plug it in to charge, it shoots straight back up to what it was at.
Early I was flicking through Facebook, only reading status and watching a couple of short videos and my percentage shot down by like 40% in 5 odd minutes.
Facebook really drains the battery I think, along with watching short videos on Facebook.Â
My phone is less than 2 years old so its abit of a joke if I need a new battery already... I've been looking at the iPhone 6 when it comes out but this has put me right off.Â

I then replaced the battery thinking it had run its course but the problem persists. I just bought a new g3. read about fixing the not-so-smooth operation of the phone. I understand the main option to do that is changing the temperature control using developer codes. (the other option of changing to ART isnt available to me since i understand my phone already runs it).
The question is, i assume changing temp controls voids the warranty, and im not keen on doing this.
Recently bought a galaxy s6, and I see that the ram memory consumption is quite high, it remains only a 400/500 mb for use, it is normal? And when I play a game that needs a lot of processor, it reaches 72 temperature. It is normal?
My s6 has the bootloader g920idvu1a0e3 and this firmware is 5.0.2 official.
Today my iPhone 4 showed 'TEMPERATURE' - iPhone needs to cool down due to temperature. Anyone experiences this issue? I have the full BodyGuardz skin applied on it and was just using it as normal with email checking, web browsing, GPS with Copilot, but my phone was not used when I got a weird noise with the temperatue warning. I was inside my house with AC set at 76 degree when this happened. The phone did not feel warm at all. Please see attachment.

It also occasionally comes on by itself for no reason and starts playing songs.
I've heard marshmallow detects whether your phone is fast charging or not. I use the stock Motorola turbocharger on android 6.0.1 and it charges very fast but shouldn't the charging lockscreen display "charging rapidly" like on some other fast charge phones?
