When I actually use my iPhone 5S for phone calls, my cheek will hit the facetime button and then the call will disconnect. I don't use face time and do not want it on my call screen. Is there a way to get rid of it?Â

The phone screen becomes off n even after completing the call or removing away from ear doesn't lit up. So call disconnect statuss not known. Have to press power button n times to bring back display. In diagnostic test ear proximity sensor is found ok. I have not upgraded to new lollipop version ....

While on a call, phone automatically adds same contact in as a second call - the "MERGE CALLS" box opens above keypad. At no time did I do this myself, but perhaps proximity sensor not working and something with the call on my face does it itself. Once this happens, I cannot go back to my first call. Merging calls doesn' t allow me to talk to the first call either. There is no button to UNMERGE the two calls to return to the first. My only option is to end the second call, which ends both.

I remember making calls on my new phone and seeing the facetime button on the screen but now after syncing my iPhone 4 up with my old 3G backup the hold button is now in the place of the facetime button. When I select a contact from my list n hit call button or dial a number and hit call button the screen switches off even though the call is going on still. For example if I want to give a missed call it is not possible as the screen is going blank. Is there any setting for it?

I try turning on/off facetime in settings but all I get is "Activation unsuccessful. Turn on facetime to try again."
I dont know what the prob is, I didnt install or change anything since a few days ago that facetime calls worked.
Im JB on 4.0.1 and also got Facebreak installed.
I been fighting with it for 3 hours now. Removed facebreak, reset network settings over 50 times, restarted, toggled airplane mode, facetime on/off and still nothing.
Anyone got any suggestions or what is causing this to happen and how to activate facetime without a restore.
I already had to do a restore and setup as new 3 times since I got it and its starting to get old.
I just had my first 3G Face Time call tonight. The creator of My3G rocks, it works great.The quality of the call was amazing as I had very good signal strength. It actually froze only once on a 10 minute call while my wifi froze 3 times on a 10 min call.

facetime call is not connecting to my friend. it got connected 2 days before but not now. spring message came when facetime got connected. i dont knw what is that message and didnt read that message too.

I can't seem to find anything on this. But apparently when my wife is on a voice call, spontaniously for no apparent reason the call will try to become a facetime call. In other words, she is talking to someone that does or does not have an iphone via voice, and the call gets interrupted as it tries to "dial" as a facetime call. I restored the software and it still does it. how to prevent it?
