Aug 30, 2014My daughter can send pictures to everyone else but not to either iPhone 5s. SMS text is okay...no pictures. Which button do I push to make it happen?

IPhone :: Deleted Message Keeps Coming Back?
May 2, 2012So i have an iPhone 4 and i deleted a mesage earlier today in my SMS (text) as it just was blank and said "Unknown" as the contact. I delete this message and get out of the messaging app and then when i open it back up the same message is still there. So i try to delete it again and the same thing happens. I tried closing the app completely and it still is there after i open it up. I deleted it and rebooted my iPhone and once again it is still there. What should i do to get rid of this "Unknown" message or conversation that keeps apearing?

Apr 6, 2012When my friend SMS me, instead of their name coming up at the top it comes up as their E-mail address. When I go to save it as a number, it doesn't work, when they text me it comes up as the E-mail address.Is there a solution to this??

Jan 8, 2015I have the M8 on Verizon and have some pictures that I keep deleting the pictures in both photos and gallery but they keep coming back. I disabled Verizon cloud and turned off dropbox photo upload but they will not stay deleted. I even say yes to delete everywhere. What am I missing? Is there anything else that needs done.

Jun 21, 2012So the other day I switched over from an iPhone 4, my gf bought the HTC One X after I recommended it to her since shes not an Apple person and after playing around with it my self I decided to also switch. So far I'm loving the phone but a couple of things that are bothering me are this;How is it that you cannot send DECENT quality videos?! On the iPhone I was able to send high quality minute long videos with no problem. I took a 15 second video in lower resolution and pixel rate and EVERY TIME it would say the file is too large.Next, group messaging.. iPhone did this no problem. Me and 3 other people could send messages back and forth like we were in a chat room, HTC? Nope, sends them individually to each person. I heard some recommendation of apps that do this but they make you sign up for some lame account where my name is displayed instead of my phone number or name listed in THEIR contact list.
Lastly, is there a way to change the keyboard other than the tilt way to make the space bar button bigger? I'm always hitting the period button after every wordAre there any ways to get around these little inconveniences? I'd appreciate any recommendations or suggestions cause I'd hate to have to go back to the ATT store and upgrade to the iPhone 4S.Edit: Another issue.. noticed while in camera mode, taking pictures theres a constant clicking noise coming from the phone. Not sure what it is its very faint but annoying. Anyone else experience this?Another issue I found! Check this out this is definitely strange! So I dropped my phone today and I thought I had broken the three buttons on the bottom of the phone because they would not light up in my room... So I figured I would exchange it at the store on monday and went on with my business. I went downstairs into my gym to work out and those lights magically started working so I thought huh, thats cool maybe its just because it was charging.. but then I went back into my bedroom and the lights stopped working again

For some reason on this model SMS's are showing as coming from 1 contact (when there are a lot more) and when you hit reply it replies to that 1 contact and not to the person who actually sent it. I can't see any problems in the settings that could be causing this. Obviously the last thing I want to do is rebuild the devices so can anyone think of what might be causing this?

This is fine for normal text messages but pictures are expensive to send. Is there any way to set it so it sends normal text messages if the receiver has no wi fi but never sends picture messages as text?

Aug 16, 2014Since the last update I have had an issue sending pictures via text messages. At first I figured I needed to turn on WiFi calling to assist in sending...this worked for a time. But now it no longer works. I can receive images just fine. I put in an image of the error that my girlfriend sees when I send her a picture.
I can guarantee that it's not a data issue. I have excellent LTE and crazy fast WiFi.
I have tried everything I can imagine up and to a factory data reset. Which I did just this last weekend.
I can send images via email, hangouts, Facebook messenger etc. Just text message problems at this point. I like the stock app and would like to keep it.
I work as an IT specialist solving people's problems all day. I've had every HTC flagship since the EVO 4g and I'm finally stumped. This is a Sprint M8 btw.
