I can't send pictures through a message to anyone~it shows it trying to send but always ends up in "failure",, My MMS is on,,,,,sometimes it will go through to one of my contacts but will never send to facebook. I have to go into my facebook and then go into "upload photos",,

I was reading some where about photo's and lost it when I joined.The problem is I cannot send any via message. I was about to receive them and now it says get media content now. I read turn on data.I'm not on the net with my phone and have plugged it into my comp and cannot work out how you go on the net with it anyways. I didn't receive the phone for the net anyways. This is only happening when I'm texting someone using iMessage - it'll say that they sent their message as a text message, but then a few minutes later I'll get their exact same message again, but this time as an iMessage - it's happened with multiple people - it says I'm still in iMessage "mode" but they're in text message mode and then i'll often receive the same message again - this has only started happening recently, and it doesn't happen every time but it happens often and I'm not sure why- has this happened to anyone else?

My iPhone 5 sends and receives text iMessages just fine, but I cannot send any pictures. Â
Whenever I try to send a picture, iMessage indicates at first that the picture has been "delivered". Then, about 10 seconds later, it changes the status to "not sent". The picture never goes through.  I can send the picture as an MMS/Text, just not as an iMessage.Â
I've tried resetting my carrier/network settings, turning off/on iMessage, rebooting the phone multiple times, removing the SIM card and everything else I can think of without any success.
