Mar 17, 2010New 9700 4 days ago. Set ringer tone to Ringer_Classic Phone. When a call comes in my BB rings once and that's it. It does not go to voice mail for approx 30 seconds. I can't find out how to change this so that it will ring 5,?, 6? 7? times to give me the opportunity to hear it. Any ideas on the solution?

May 3, 2011I just noticed something odd when pulling down my notification bar, it states that a voicemail I received yesterday was received on 12/31/69. The date and time are correct on the device everywhere else. I've pulled the battery and rebooted to the same thing. I guess it's not a huge issue, but just curious as to what causes this.For the record:

Nov 6, 2015I've had issues with my lock screen. I have it set for finger print.....but every time I turn the screen on, it goes back to swipe. Odd thing is that in the settings, it still shows fingerprint. Am I missing something ? When I put it on pattern though, it has no issues , and always has the pattern every time I turn e screen on.
