Mar 17, 2010New 9700 4 days ago. Set ringer tone to Ringer_Classic Phone. When a call comes in my BB rings once and that's it. It does not go to voice mail for approx 30 seconds. I can't find out how to change this so that it will ring 5,?, 6? 7? times to give me the opportunity to hear it. Any ideas on the solution?

Jul 7, 2010I have my Gmail account set up on my iPhone as Exchange, to get push email. The issue I am having:In my Gmail account settings, I have it set to send mail using only my initials, so that when I send a message to someone they will only see (A J) for example. When sending emails from my browser in gmail, this works fine. If I go to my iPhone, and send a response to an email thread, it will send from my full name. Any emails that I send from my iPhone automatically show my full name. Is there some type of account setting for this? I don't want it to use my full name when I send email from the phone. I have looked everywhere and don't see any setting for this. I have also called Apple support and they have no idea.

Apr 6, 2012My iPhone 4 is on AT&T network, and the voicemail greeting will not change. I've saved it under Visual Voicemail, and it plays if I play it there, but when somebody calls, it plays my old one. I have tried setting it by calling my voicemail and changing it there, but that still doesn't work. If I play my voicemail message from calling my voicemail, it plays my new one. When people call, it still plays my old message!
