Aug 25, 2014even if the phone settings are ok, there are no tones for incoming messages, mails and sent. Only incoming calls have tone.

Aug 28, 2014Whenever i receive a text message, a ringtone then text tone sounds. But when i go into 'Settings > Sounds > Text Tones' it shows i have selected one text tone and one ringtone. May 5, 2011I want to manage my work emails on my personal blackberry but I want to know if there is any way of setting the email so it only receives mail between 9-5.30 weekdays, so I don't get bombarded with work related emails whilst not working - a little like auto on/off. This function actually exists? Or will I just need to switch off the configuration?

Sep 12, 2014My IPhone 5c stopped alerting me to text messages. I have gone into settings, went to sounds, scrolled down to messages & selected an alert tone. IPhone will only vibrate on texts, volume is turned up. It stopped ringing for phone calls too and will only vibrate.  It is super armored with an Otterbox and has not been dropped or broken.Â
I turned off vibrate. I have even went to Settings General and Reset the Phone totally.Â
Volume is turned up. Text and Ringtone for Calls was set in settings. It plays them fine when I choose them.Â
I have no more updates available for the phone   Update is current OS 7.1.2

Jun 1, 2012I woke up this morning (24th December), and my phone had set the date and time to the 29th November, and the time is 6 hours behind (its now 3pm and it is apparently 8:43 on my phone.) Moreover, I can't read my text messages, I can't see text messages that I send, and my blackberry services have stopped working (i.e.. I cannot send emails or access BBM.) I have restarted/rebooted the phone almost a million times, but every time it comes back on the time keeps being set back to 7:49 every single time. I have no idea what to do!

Apr 29, 2012Up to this weekend everything worked just fine. All my mails appeared in my Outlook 2010 as well as on my iPhone 4S, at home as well as on the go. Since Friday my mails started disappearing from my iPhone after having been displayed without any traces. If I wasn't aware of the mails they even disappeared before I could open them. I was not aware of any changes I might have made.
