May 13, 2011I just updated the operating software on my Torch last night as I went about doing other things. It remained plugged into my laptop overnight, during which time the laptop went into sleep mode. When I opened up the screen this morning, the BlackBerry dialog box said the update was completed successfully; however, I have been unable to turn the phone on at all. Apr 8, 2015 After starting the updating setup via Sony PC Companion this program told that at time my PC is preparing (and it will take some time) itself for updating I can disconnect my phone or not, so I disconnected it and then I pluged it in again. Phone started to update (it turned off and started updating) and suddenly communique came out telling me that my phone is no longer connected. Sony PC Companion told me to unplug it and restart, after that my phone keeps restarting all the time.Â
