I really enjoy the new layout and functions of the software update, however I noticed that it deleted MOST of my standard bb notifications that come on the black berry. Notifier Cricket, Relaxed Gong, etc. There was probably 100 before and now there are less than 40.

After latest update and backup all ringtones on my phone gone. Found itunes ringtones all unchecked.

I deleted the accuweather.com widget that was preloaded on my Droid 2. Now I would like to get it back but when I download the accuweather.com app, it is like all other apps and just has a simple icon.The original widget had the current weather always up so I just needed to glance at it.

I have accidentally deleted my ringtones that came on the phone.How can I get them all back? By the way -- I don't have my USB to connect the BB to the computer. But I can take the mem card out and put it in my computer.

I would need an advice from you. I have bought BB Torch 9810 yesterday and when I tried to synchronize music, I got duplicated entries. To avoid that I have erased all music in order to upload/synchronize them just once. Apparently, I have also deleted all ring tones, alert tones (low battery, disconnected, incoming email etc), simply all. Now Im getting error messages all the time.Is there any way how to recover these sounds back? Or do I need to reinstall something

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got my first BlackBerry a couple of months ago, the Tour 9630 with Verizon, which I've loved to far, except. Last week I created a couple of ring tones from two mp3 files and downloaded them in my BlackBerry without setting up with any feature, but they set themselves up as regular ring tones and I cannot stop them from playing now!
Since the day after I downloaded them, every time I've received a new e-mail, I've gotten my regular ring tone (GungHo) and then custom ring tone #1 starts playing and is unstoppable unless I completely turn off the BlackBerry! So I deleted it from the My Ring Tones folder, but that hasn't changed a thing. I've tried to change my regular e-mail ring tone and the change got implemented, so I get the new ring tone I've just set, but I still get custom ring tone # 1 right after! And it is almost 1 minute long!
Other weird thing, custom ring tone # 2 has started playing every time I hang up my phone! Who needs that?! I haven't deleted that one yet from the My Ring Tones folder because I'm not sure if that'll help, but this is extremely frustrating.
I have been using Nokia maps on my E71, and I have updated to the latest version, which deleted the maps present on the phone. I now cannot load any maps onto it. While connected to my PC the maps application says that the maps on my phone are corrupt, but I cannot delete them, or load new ones. I have tried deleting the cities folder, and deleting the qf file, but get the same error. I also reinstalled Ovi suite on my PC, same error. I cannot uninstall the maps app on my phone.

When it freezes I get a black squared clock at the centre of my screen. I then decided to whip out everything on my phone thinking if I did that everything will be back to normal. I use yahoo email on my Blackberry and Outlook on my computer. Emails are coming to my phone and outlook, when I view them on my outlook and move them to a Outlook folder they disappear from my phone. It just shows my sent messages. I need to be able to see received messages too!
