IOS 8 - How To Decrease Camera Video Size On IPhone
Jun 5, 20141080p video is too big of a storage size. Can we have an option of 720 and 640 horz. resolution for ios 8 to decrease the video size?

May 27, 2012My other folder will not decrease in size. I have restored it 3 times but 9.1 gig remains. It is factory basic with no additional apps. I have read tons but none of the solutions have worked including checking unchecking music synch etc.

Nov 29, 2015Is there a way to decrease home button sizes? I feel like they are unecessairly big. Also for some reason compared to note 5 and nexus 6p I feel like everything is a tad bit bigger. I have set the display size to smallest but the resolution on my v10 seems to be a little bit magnified.

Apr 3, 2012I've had my iPhone 4 since Sept 2011, so I know it wasn't like this before. When I play a video on my phone that I recorded and rotate the phone so it is horizontal the video shrinks to just the middle of the screen. I've played these same videos countless of times before and they always filled the screen when the phone was horizontal.
Also, I have tried zooming in on the video by double tapping the screen but it just makes the screen too big and cuts off people's heads or other things.

Mar 19, 2012When I open the camera app I switch over to video camera and tap the record button but nothing happens. The camera does not record. I do not see a video time counter and I cannot do anything else with the camera. I can't stop the recording because it doesn't think it is recording. Odd. BTW, this was happening before 5.1 update.

Jan 18, 2015I know I was able to do this last summer without any 3rd party apps. There is a "trimmer" but I can't even get 15 seconds worth of video. Got it down in file size to 1.1MB and I still get a "failed" warning.

Feb 2, 2012When watching any video on my S2 (either downloaded or streaming) the video itself is very small in the centre of the screen. This wasn't always the case with it though. I think I must have dozed off watching something the other evening, leaving my finger on the screen, and now the "video ratio" icon that should be on the bar with the play, rwd and ffwd icons is no longer there!
Whatever I try, I cannot get the icon back or reset the video to maximise itself on screen.

Jun 29, 2014I recently took a video that was 1.5 min and the size of the file was over 6 mb. I used the default settings. I was unable to enclose it in a text, or an email on the phone. I moved it to my computer but still was unable to email it as it was to large. I tried zipping it, raring it but could find no way to send it.
There has to be a way to reduce the size of a video as I can with photo's.

May 27, 2012I reset my cellular data usage every month at the beginning of my billing period so that I can keep track of how much data I am using thru out the month. I do not have the unlimited data plan and have gone over a few times. It's usually the last couple days of my billing cycle and I am charged $10 for an extra gig which I barely use 10% of before my usage is restarted for new billing cycle. FYI, they do not carry the remainder of the unused gig that you purchase for $10 which I disagree with. But have accepted. Lol Moving on.
I have two questions. One possibly being answered by the other. 1. Is cellular data used when I sync to iTunes on my home computer to load songs onto my iPhone from my iTunes library(songs that already exist)? 2. What causes the cellular data usage readings in iPhone settings/general/usage/cellular usage to decrease if my last reset has not changed? It is close to end of my billing cycle and I have been keeping close eye. Earlier today it read around 180mb sent/1.2gb received. Now it reads 90mb sent/980 mb recieved. My last reset date reads the same as before. I don't know if my sync and music management had anything to do with the decrease but i didn't notice the decrease until after I had connected to iTunes and loaded music. I should also mention that a 700mb app automatically loaded itself to my phone during the sync process. Is cellular data used at all during any kind of sync /iPhone/iTunes management? Is the cellular data usage reading under iPhone settings a reliable source to keep track of monthly data usage?

That spec is not published on Nokia site, where one can only know that the sensor resolution is 2448 x 3264 pixels (8 Mpixels) and that the lenses are F2.8. But in terms of photography, it's useless to know that without knowing the size of the camera sensor. I've found somewhere that the N8 main camera sensor is 1/1.83", which makes it a better sensor then the sensor of most average compact digital cameras, which have a 1/2.3" sensor. Jun 18, 2014I love my new M8. I previously had the HTC One S, and when in camera mode, you had a camera OR video button at the same time.
On the M8, I see this setup for my front facing camera, but on the rear facing, I have to keep going into the menu and selecting one or another. I frequently flip back and forth, and it's soooo annoying. I'll be ready to snap a pic and oops I left it on video mode. Then I have to stop the video and go back and change. And when you're taking pics of a 9 month old baby, they don't understand to stop and wait a few seconds.
Anyways... is there some kind of setting to display both the camera and video button on the same screen at the same time? I looked around but couldn't find anything.
